Called the bridgwater vet re our puppy who hurt his leg and couldn’t walk! the lady on the phone was AWFUL she was very rude, had zero customer service skills and no empathy! This made us feel so upset and we needed help and she just repeated her hours of operation and didn’t extend any help. I will never go to the vet, and will advise all my neighbour's as well about this behaviour. very disappointed.

My dog needed immediate care, our local rural Vet had no openings and I was so relieved that Bridgewater clinic was able to fit her in right away. The staff was very caring and friendly. The Vet was kind and thorough. My dog was treated and is recovering. I would not hesitate to revisit this clinic again if need be. Thank you to all the staff!

Bridgwater did an excellent job with our fur baby. Being 2 hours away from our cat during a serious surgery was stressful but all of the staff were amazing, reassuring us with daily and nightly updates as well as taking special care of a very scared and grumpy cat! Dr. Sra, Danielle and Cheryl were wonderful to deal with and so was the entire front desk team! Thank you so much for all of your kindness and compassion. :)

I can not say enough good about the assistant Yael who helped us through this visit, which is always stressful for a cat and owner! She was so kind and obviously loves the little animals she cares for and has their best interests at heart. She is exceptional. I also appreciated the thoroughness of the vet, who took quite a bit of time examining my cat carefully. I appreciated that my cat and I could wait in the car which was so much less stressful for her than waiting inside with the dogs. I would recommend!

I'd like to thank and acknowledge how great everyone was. From the moment we walked in to the hard moment when we had to leave without my baby girl.Staff was excellent, thorough and compassionate. It was a hard day for us and they explained everything they could do and costs were explained up front.They left the decision to us... was a very hard one, but in the end we decided that my 17year old baby girl had enough and we didn't want to put her through any more tests or procedures. Its a very hard decision to say goodbye. But the staff was there for us and new very well how hard it is to say goodbye... I want to thank them there kindness, we appreciated everyone that was there more than they know.Thankyou Bridgewater Veterinary for being kind and helping us say goodbye peacefully.

Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital is unlike any other! Their staff is compassionate and very friendly, and the atmosphere is calm and clean. I understand the wait times and prices can be frustrating to some but keep in mind that this is an emergency and just like a human emergency room, things can be chaotic and busy! The prices aren’t in control of the staff, and based on the severity of your pets concerns determines your wait time. I don’t mind waiting because the care the veterinarians and their accompanying staff has for our pets puts my mind at ease when things seem scary and I know my pet is in good hands!

We took our diabetic cat in as he had developed DKA. Everyone was super sweet, and didn't shame us as we spoke about how we were trying to manage his diabetes at home. They answered all out questions so we could do better, and worked with us to bring some of the exorbitant costs down. They took me to the back to let me see where the animals are kept, and were available around the clock for him. They have a great system for visiting pets while they're staying there, and we knew he was in great hands.

Our chiweenie needed some emergency care, that our regular vet just couldn’t deal with. The staff at Bridgewater stepped up to the plate and treated us like we have been clients for life. Everything explained fully and all questions answered. The staff were super friendly and helped turn around a very stressful situation for us, to a much calmer one. Our little chiweenie was in great hands. Thank-you!

Last Sunday, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful baby girl Maggy. It was the hardest thing my husband and I ever had to do.We are beyond thankful for all the staff who took care of our girl and us that day. Compassionate and empathic are the two words I would describe everyone who helped us, but even those two words don’t seem to do what they did justice.Thank you to all the staff at Bridgwater who helped us that day. You are truly all amazing and incredible humans. You’re truly selfless.
