The Trauma Team

I spent over 30 years of my life suffering with PTSD and the past three years on ODSP (disability). After my first session, I felt amazing and drove home in peace when typically I would have been aggravated by an hour on the highway. Allen taught me that trauma is an injury that can heal, and now I know from experience that it is. After my breakthrough, I can proudly say I no longer have PTSD! The process was so different than anything I had been through (counselling, CBT, DBT) because it did not retraumatize me, push medications, have me go over my life's story again and again, or have me strapped to a binder for the rest of my life, plus I was through the bulk of the work in three weeks and able to get on with my life. I'm now working full time and achieving goals I couldn't even have fathomed before this healing. I will always be grateful to Allen Kanerva and the Trauma Team for the work they do.
