The Formed Metal Company

I contacted this guy to quote a stainless railing with glass inserts, we agreed to a time and the guy never showed up. Said he had to be on a job site. He told me he doesn't do any of his own cutting or bending it's all done by another shop. Pretty ironic he calls himself formed metal but doesn't form any metal himself. Plenty of other real shops to do business with this is a simply a guy with a truck and a welder.

Terrible experience with this company. Mike made all kinds of promises he never kept. He is really nice when talking to you, but never follows through on any of his promises. He led us on for months about completing a railing, and in the end he never delivered. His main reason was that it was too difficult to put a bend in the railing on the last step. Seems he is more interested in doing big jobs, than small railings for a home. If he had just admitted that he didn't want to do the job instead of dragging things on for months, I would have given him a much better rating. In the end, his actions delayed our project, as we had to go somewhere else.My advice would be to stay away from this company.

Would not recommend this company. It was very difficult to get a call back. At first was very interested but once saw the project rather than say he couldn't do it, he avoided us. Not very professional. Made us believe he had started the project when in fact it was not.PS. on last review I don't think people expect the project to be done on a sunday but when you don't return calls and only option was to call on a sunday company should accomodate.

Amazing work and a real keen eye to creativity and detail, Mike does an incredible job and works with all needs and ideas! Will be calling again for the next project! ;)
