SCAM! I used to have about seven 10$ cards and i wrote card balance on cards after calls , there is no expiration date but i got notice today there is ZERO balance on every single card. Be careful, they're stealing money!

I just cancelled my long distance line. I don't know whats going on whit this company, first they cancel my credit card for no reason and after more than one year asking pin number again!!! sorry i don't have time to call this company every day because they are not organized!!

Unpleasant and useless customer service!I would like to express my frustration with this company, and warn fellow potential customers. When you buy a phone card, buy it at your own risk, there will be no refunds whatsoever, as they have loop with a local reseller which pass you back and forth until you give up on the phone card you have bought. I regret my choice and advise you to go with other companies.

Terrible customer service experiences that will leave you speechless! I wish I could choose 0 star for them :(My GLBOX stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I'm getting Unexpected Error" message with two phone numbers to call. I'm calling both numbers
