Their service is super and the staff is well with communication skills and get you a great deal according to your budget specially there is an agent named Preeti is fabulous. She tried her best to get me a great deal and it worked according to my budget and I eventually ended booking my ticket through you guys. BIG THUMBS UP

The worst ever agents to have ever experienced. Totally non professionals, frauds and disrespectful staff one can ever encounter.. only go to them if you want to loose your mental peace.. would give them negatives if there was an option to do that

Booked a flight to india with them for jet airways. The airline went bankrupt. The airline still refunded people all their money, but this travel agency didnot get me any refund.Now the airline has restarted again. I called them and asked them to help me with the refund , they told airline se hi baat karlo" and hung up on me.Why would i book through an agency then? USELESS"

Worst experience ever had. Very unprofessional staff. Last minute they booked some other flight that wasn't even wasn't discussed while on call with me. When called to complain these people were rude and didn't even listen leaving me with no choice. Would rate them zero

I have had very good experience with Sandeep. Last year I booked flight with them, but had to cancel plans. He got my money back after I missed flight and charged nothing as I was in very bad condition. This year also, I got a very decent price for tickets to India. I highly recommend Mr Sandeep Brar due to his customer service and professionalism.

Girl name preeti,nice and calm.i need to match 1 seat in specific flight. She get me what I want on same day of flight,few hours before departure.I recommend every one to talk 1 time to preeti before call someone else.
