This place used to be my favourite nursery, but unfortunately that has changed. I bought plants a few months ago, and I noticed they had spidermites and mealy bugs. I’ve never experienced pests on the plants from this nursery before, so I thought maybe it came from one of my other plants. I recently went back to buy more plants, but while looking I noticed many plants along one shelf looked like they were dying, so I decided to see what the cause might be. It was mealy bugs. Multiple plants had an infestation of mealy bugs. I now know where the pests on my plants came from. I believe the spidermites came from this place as well. If you choose to buy from here, I hope your plants don’t have any pests, but check the plant thoroughly before buying!

Bought 2 Pileas and 2 Ferns. Great selection and prices. Would recommend this for plant lovers!

Very good staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Did not have lavender basket but offered to make up. Went with lavendar tree, great idea but saw later at Real Cdn Superstore $10 cheaper for exact same thing and lavender baskets.

I love coming here. Their selection of indoor tropicals are among the best in the lower mainland. I’ve never had any bugs and all my plants thrive. I love that they include sticks in the side with proper names and care instructions. I also have been using them for years to order flowers for my school at valentines. Communication and pricing are first rate. Flowers were beautiful! It is always a pleasure to work with them.

I went there to buy some flower pots for mothers day gift. I grabbed two pots and decoration panels. I paid from the garden counter. When I just about to head out, I saw there were complementary small greeting cards at the counter. Since I needed the envelope to put money for my mom, I asked the lady in the garden counter if I can have envelope. She was super friendly and told me I can grab it from flower counter since they ran out the envelope here. So I went to flower counter to check out. My boyfriend asked the lady at the flower counter and she seemed very annoyed that we were asking for the envelopes. At the point, I felt a bit embarrassed but I tried to understand her maybe she is too busy. FyI the garden counter was busier than flower counter and the two ladies at garden counter were super friendly. Anyways, I left the store and realized I need to buy one more flower pot for my friend. I came back in and buy one more pot and a decoration panel again. As I was entering the flower counter, I saw the same lady, wrapping flower pots for other customer. At first, I was really amazed about the service they provide to customers. However, when I bring my pots there, she completely ignored me even though I was right in front of her trying to finish decorating my pots. She was not helping anyone at the counter. I felt discriminated and my boyfriend was looking at me with concerned eyes. I understand wrapping service is complementary and it may not their standard or must service. However, as customer how would you feel if you are treated different than others? I would never forget about the experience that I had in this shop.

We were part of the crowd looking for last minute Mother’s Day flowers and 99 Nursery & Florist saved the day! There was a wide range of beautiful arrangements, flowers, and plants to choose from, they were all fresh and beautiful.We met Byron, who helped us look for the specific flowers we had in mind and coordinated with the team to wrap and arrange 2 bouquets for us on the spot! The whole experience was so pleasant, Byron and the staff were friendly and had great communication. Highly recommend checking this place out for your next floral or plant need!

Tony is the sweetest owner, he did an amazing floral arrangements for my grandfathers funeral, last minute and was on time and super professional, we cannot thank him enough…. He has a forever customer in us ❤️

Nice place to buy flowers for garden - high-quality roses.

I like the vibe and good selection of tropical plants.Price of some of the tropical plants are pretty good. I bought a small satin potho and it is doing good so far. ( update after 3 weeks: no gnats at all, no other pest either)But the sphagnum moss I purchase here is a bit weird, not like the regular sphagnum moss you’d see from other place. It’s wet already and seems not holding as much water as the more typical ones.
