We called Mazza after our furnace was found to be in violation of Co levels and had to be immediately disconnected.Kevin was at our home within a few hours and provided an extremely detailed and competitive quote to complete the work as soon as possible.A new furnace was installed flawlessly, matching existing duct work and AC.The installers were extremely competent, polite, and helpful explaining the new equipment and it's operation.The job site was cleaner when they left than when they arrived and all old components were removed and disposed of.The professionalism of Mazza Heating and Air conditioning was apparent from start to finish on this job.I would highly recommend Mazza for any mechanical work you may be considering.Thank you for being therefor us when we needed service immediately

Salesman showed up when promised knew his products very well did not try to oversell received quote when promised price a little on the high side haven't made a decision yet just finished installation the technicians were young but very respectful and very knowledgeable about there trade I would recommend Mazza to anyone I know and even people I don't great job folks thanks. It's been a few months now and we finally got to test the AC, no problems. If we call they answer our questions, no problem. Thank you to the Mazza members for a great job.

Very professional HVAC company. Jeff had taken the time to meet us on site and provide professional opinions for a new install in our renovated home. He had also taken the time to personally bring over the quote and go over all the options for installing all new duct work and furnace system. After having had Mazza service my old furnace for a number of years, I recently purchased a new furnace from them. Jeff came in and quoted me a number of options. The crew that came out to install it were fantastic and made sure I had heat that night, and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. Even better, the invoice was for less than the amount of the quote! I appreciate that immensely. The customer service is great, can't say enough good about this company.

I had to call Mazza because my 22 yr old A/C broke down at the start of summer. Right from the get-go they were outstanding. First impressions were made with Amanda who received my call; she was upbeat, understanding, and polite. The service tech Connor showed up to the house to try and repair the A/C but unfortunately the unit was retired. Connor took the time to explain the system, why it wasn't working, and why it couldn't be repaired. He contacted the office and next day Amanda had me set up with there product advisor Geoff.Geoff was an all around kind and knowledgeable guy who really ran down all our options with us right to the last feature. We at this point began asking Geoff to estimate the cost of the other equipment in our home because it too was really old and inefficient. After first impressions with everyone we had dealt with we decided that MAZZA was the company for us! Geoff provided us with quotes that were more than affordable.We decided to not only have them install our A/C but also our Furnace, Water Heater and HRV system. The work was fast tracked for us and within 1 week from our first interaction we had Henry and George come in to install our entire system. They were amazing, they came on time, they removed boots not to scratch floors, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. After work was completed, they checked, double checked, and triple checked to make sure everything was just right!If someone is looking to have work done in there home, I would say it is a no brainer to choose Mazza as the go to company for all your service and installation needs. I called them, I was told that a service truck was on it's way. Jeff called me to explain what the issue was, he went back to the shop for the part and performed the repair. From beginning to to end it took just over two hours. Very impressive. I'll definitely use Mazza again!!

This is the kind of work they do. Just one small example. Entirely incompetent crew. Also took two months of waiting for them to come back to fix leaking furnace vents and rewrapping them in insulation before they sent out some new guy who had no clue what he was doing
