If I wasn't all set up inside the unit (built shelves etc) and have the unit right next to the door id leave. The worst customer service EVER!

I recently rented a storage unit due to the current pandemic of Covid-19 everything was done online and by phone. first time experience was amazing Wilson Ponce the employee helped me and explained in details the process guided me step by step. Lucky company to have employees like him!

This Depotium Montreal Nord is the worst storage company I have ever had the experience of using. Hidden fees and surprise charges were the norm. Incompetent communication between management employees and clients. No ventilation, so extremely hot and often smells moldy or rotten, elevator is probably from the early 1980s and overall a very anxious feeling leaving your belongings in their hands. They will only call you back if it is in their interest to get more money out of you. Never use this business, pick any other storage company or pay a friend to use their garage if you can before MAYBE picking DEPOTIUM AS A LAST RESORT. It made me put one star but i would have chose 0 if i could. Classic depotium.....

3 different call center agents hung up on me. All I wanted was a quote for a few different storage unit sizes like 3X5, 5X5, 5X8 etc. The call center agents refused to answer my question.

People who use the elevators don't close the gate when their done. Others are either waiting a long period of time or we have to walk up the stairs ( up to 5 levels ) to close the gate elevators so we, at the bottom level can use it. This happened the last 5 visit. There is no supervision. Only cameras ( supposedly ) that doesn't do anything about it. Most people either forget... or are too lazy to close the gate. On my last visit, a woman and 2 movers used the entire elevator to themselve on the 5th floor... and for at least 15 minute. Nobody could use the elevator. When they came down finslly.. it took them around 20 min to unload before" we could use the elevator. Make the math. Lastly

We rent a 5x5 unit there since we moved in Montreal in 2012, which means over 6 years. Great they accept tires, many don't. Basically they offer a good service, with unfortunately punctual increases of rent, would be nicer if they had long term rebate for recurring revenue customer like us. I recommend that place

Lovely staff. Reasonably priced. Clean space. Would recommend 1000%

The staff was so nice and helpful plus i got a deal on the storage space which is always a welcomed gift
