I had an unpleasant experience with their unprofessional customer service.I booked an appointment for gutter cleaning and roof inspection 3 weeks ahead, for Monday Nov 21st for my house and two other neighbours.A lady named Jennifer called me on Friday 18th in the afternoon and cancelled the appointment !!! Because of the weather condition. Weather forecast shows (-7 to 2 degrees on Monday). This is not severe.She said she cannot guarantee any other dates in near future. I asked the reason, because on Wednesday weather looks nice (-2 to 6) and weather forecast shows sunny. She said we cannot trust weather forecast !!! We need to wait until that day so that we can evaluate whether we can work outside or not !!!She asked her manager (or the business owner whose name was Richard) and he said we cannot book an appointment this year, earliest appointment would be end of March 2023 or April !!!That's ridiculous and unprofessional to cancel an appointment with that short notice. My neighbours trusted my word, and i trusted your word. You guys broke the trust, which is invaluable.IF ANY DAMAGES OCCUR TO MY HOUSE THIS WINTER DUE TO GUTTER OR ROOF ISSUES, I WILL REPORT YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND WILL CLAIM ALL THE COSTS FROM YOUR COMPANY. YOU GUYS SHOULD LEARN TO CARE AND RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.I'd suggest to avoid this company.UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S REPLY:That is understandable when temperature goes below 0, this is difficult or impossible to do gutter cleanning. The matter that is not acceptable and is unprofessional is not informing clients about what you just said as your reply upon making appointment (appointments not guaranteed between November and April). Moreover, giving clients a short notice about cancellation (Cancelling 8 am Monday appointment on last Friday 3 pm) is an indication that you do not care about your clients.The definition of in advance" is not a few hours before appointment. When you cancel an appointment on Friday 3 pm and my appointment is on Monday 8 am

I originally contacted Shack Shine to get our soffits cleaned. I confirmed with the customer service rep and the owner, Richard, that soffits would be included with an exterior house cleaning service. The quote says that it includes washing of siding

Team was on time, and came ready to work!! Very polite and I was very comfortable to have them in my home. They did a great job! Everything is sparkly. Not the cheapest service provider but promptness, quality and professionalism is worth the premium. Recommend!

These guys do great work. They are very professional and they provide a great service and do a thorough job. We had our gutters cleaned out and the mildew stains removed from the gutters and had the aluminum siding cleaned all for a very reasonable price. We called on a Tuesday, got a quote over the phone and the job was done by Friday. I would recommend them highly. ...5 stars+

We hired Shack Shine to complete our fall gutter cleaning, window washing and Christmas light installation. I can confidently say I have never had such a professional crew before. They went over the windows several times until they were satisfied that all the hard water stains were gone.Our Christmas lights look amazing!! I’m so pleased and would highly recommend them for any service.
