I used N&C about 6 years ago for roof repairs and their service was excellent. Professional communication, great work. So when I had more repair work to do last spring they were first on my list. I discovered that the person I had previously dealt with had retired so I spoke with his replacement. It was like day and night compared to 6 years ago; one of the worst experiences I have ever had. He lied to me THREE times about putting together an estimate for me, THREE times. He even pretended to make appointments to take measurements, etc. Appointments that he obviously never had any intention of keeping. Not even a call to say he couldn't make it, just a no-show. Three times. Fortunately I found a very professional roofer who did an excellent job. Under this new guy, you really need to avoid this company at all costs.
