I have been looking for a good clinic in Richmond close to my new residence and after some search I luckily came across ERT Clinic. I am very happy with the service - Sav is great and very pleasant ... so I came back the second time and will be coming here from now on. I did baby botox for frown lines on my forehead and it worked amazingly. Most doctors will try to sell you a higher dose and I got better results with less.The from desk ladies are lovely and very helpful.I would definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend ERT Clinic. I was nervous getting lip fillers, it was my first time. Savannah did exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend anyone who is nervous to go and see her. She is very professional and knows what she is doing!

I had a Potenza RF Microneedling treatment at ERT it was such an amazing experience. The staff are very polite and professional, the treatment was not painful and my skin already looks and feels great!!! I’m excited to continue my treatment series with them.

The clinic itself is well-kept, clean, and very pretty! The staff were welcoming and offered me tea while I wait. It was my first time getting Botox and they made me feel comfortable by educating me on the effects, overall treatment, and what to expect. No complaints at all.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. The staff is so kind and professional. They offered me this delicious tea when I came in. They checked on me multiple times through my procedure. Sav is amazing, it was my first time for lip filler and she made me feel so comfortable, and I loved my result! I will definitely be returning, I recommend checking this clinic out for any of your cosmetic procedures.
