Needed cheques within the end of the week and ordered mid-week. Received them efficiently fast! Highly recommend.

Wish I had read the newest reviews before ordering.Overall the service and communication were less than par. The main selling point of the business is quick and ease of service purchasing cheques, but the wait times are comparable to my bank and the quality is severely lacking.The advertisement on the website quotes either same day, or 2-3 day processing, but my processing took a full week with no updates on their end. I contacted their service for an update twice because their website UI is non friendly and outdated, and their help was unfriendly and frankly unhelpful. Maureen quoted times for processing and shipping that weren’t reflective of the true times the order took, and the chats felt accusatory and rude. Getting a proper update on where the order stood, what was going on, or expected wait times was more than impossible.Biggest issue wasn’t with the wait time, but rather the misrepresentation, misinformation, and unfriendly staff. Save yourself the hassle and go through your bank if you need a cheque

I paid for the highest shipping possible only to have my checks mailed out to me late due to confusion on their side. I sent 2 pcs of documentation being an Rbc bank void check as well and rbc statement only to have them respond saying, You sent us a Scotia bank statement and an Rbc void check". At that point I verified my documents and affirmed that they needed to check again. They then said

After I took shipment of 4,000 checks, I decided to ask for changes. Be cautious, when you deal with this company. They advertised 24hrs turn around but that is lying. They will give you shipping notice to you but never shipping out. They willing to lie again.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with ASAP Cheque, a business that claims to provide express shipping services for their customers. Despite paying extra for express shipping, I was sorely disappointed with their delivery service.ASAP Cheque's notification system proved to be misleading. I received an email notifying me that my order had been shipped, which initially provided a glimmer of hope. However, it became evident that this notification was sent prematurely, as the tracking information indicated that the order was actually shipped three days later. This misleading communication only added to my disappointment and gave a false sense of progress, ultimately exacerbating the frustration caused by the delayed delivery. It is imperative for businesses to ensure that their notifications accurately reflect the status of the shipment to maintain trust and transparency with their customers.

I've used this company three times previously, while I wouldn't say the cheques are the highest quality, overall I've never had any real issues. This time around however, unfortunately things were a little different.Turnaround was certainly super responsive - I received the shipping notice the day after sending in my sample cheque. Certainly no issues there.Where they let me down this time is the quality of the cheques, and their apparent unwillingness to address the concerns I raised.1) There is a printer's crop/alignment mark in the MICR line - the numbers at the bottom of the cheque - on 75% of my order. I've not seen them before on cheques from any of the banks I've dealt with, and I know that line is supposed to be void of anything but the numbers. The response I received from Maureen at ASAP? ASAP cheques is the most frustrating company to deal with. They make mistakes on the cheques and they take FOREVER to print and ship. The only way you'll get your cheques ASAP is MAYBE if you pay extra for fast shipping, not sure with this company if fast shipping will help. Every time I order (and I order a lot ) there's always a problem, ALWAYS. Their website is equally frustrating to work with and the cheques are meh.. spacing is off in some of them, not enough room to write but they won't change it. How they are getting 5 stars is beyond me!

I see people saying they should've seen the latest reviews before placing an order with this company and I totally agree with them. I was lied multiple times. The first lie my order was printed and ready to ship. The second lie was after A WEEK when I called them back, they had issue with their printers so my order was delayed. Not sure if they are stupid or us placing an order with them. The third lie was them sending me an email transfer of the amount that I paid for it to be rushed. Never came. Neither e transfer nor cheque. I have now moved out of that address where its supposed to be shipped and also I don't need the cheque anymore. I also see the owner is not finding solutions but just being defensive and giving more reasons to justify their irresponsibility.Overall a bad experience. Here is my order # 421100263

Thin paper... Not like my bank's cheques. Also they DON'T WORK. After confirming my transit, institution and bank #'s were right and trying to deposit $5 as a test between my 2 accounts and it sadly failed and my bank even disabled my mobile check deposit feature because of the flagged transaction. I've reached out to ASAP checks trying to get a response but they have not returned my message so I called and left a voicemail as of now. Next time I'll be spending the extra money and just getting them through my bank. I'll be back to tweak my review if they fix it
