This place was a task to find! You need to go into the food basics/LCBO building. Go to floor 3, I know it says floor 1 but it’s not! Floor 3 turn left out the elevators and walk till you see 356.The lady was ok. She was very direct and not super friendly but got what I needed and left.

Terrible service and attitude. They made a mistake on my police clearance application and made me wait for 5 weeks for absolutely nothing. Then they forced me to pay again and re-do the application. The girl who works there is very unprofessional and impolite.

When you make an appointment online you observe a list of different types of fingerprints but when I went there said that all the forms are the same for example FBI forms are the same as foreign affairs forms but it is definitely different and they either don’t know the details or know the details but don’t guide you correctly so that you accept their service and only waste your money.I definitely don’t recommend this office to anyone.
