We had a gas insert installed in our home. It was a difficult installation because of the existing fireplace.Phil and Chris did an amazing job. The workmanship and customer service was excellent.You won't go wrong choosing them. We are very happy we picked Family Fireplace

After many quotes and different opinions on fireplace options, I decided to try The Fireplace Family. Well, I certainly was not disappointed. I spoke with Phil on the phone and he guided me through what I needed and got the price to within my budget. Without seeing the fireplace, Phil knew exactly what I was looking for. Phil and Chris installed my new fireplace yesterday and I love it. This company has the best price, best service and I would not hesitate to recommend The Fireplace Family. It truly was a great experience from start to finish and I look forward to Phil installing my second fireplace in the coming months. Thank you Phil and Chris for a job well done. BTW, the craic was mighty, you guys are a hoot!!

Our gas fireplace stopped working. We found The Fireplace Family based on google reviews. We called in hoping to repair it asap as we are selling our home soon. Phil was quick to troubleshoot for us over the phone. He was very patient and explained everything step by step. Our fireplace is now working again. We had a great experience even on the phone! Great job of gas fireplace install, however, very poor service and communication when trying to complete the last piece of the wall venting. I've called and emailed countless times for almost two years following the install with this matter, only to be pacified with promises of getting to the matter 'right away' but still waiting!!
