Go Dodge Red Deer

This was the absolute best buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson was Hailey, and she was so professional and answered any questions we had. The finance manager, Taher, was phenomenal, making us feel taken care of and went through all of our financing options so thoroughly. We have never had an experience like this at a dealership, there was no pressure, no hassle and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks to the whole team at Go Dodge Red Deer. EXCELLENT!!!

Long story some bolts were busted in the back of my vehicle after I brought it into another place to do an alignment they did not have the equipment to repair it, so I brought it to go Dodge after a lot of we don't have parts we can't find parts even going as far as trying to get used parts and the possibility of waiting for 2 months just for some rear end suspension components. I decided to take it to Central Brake and Muffler downtown and they just drilled the old bolts out and put some new ones in got my car back within 3 days. This is not the only time I've had problems here in the past with the service department I will never bring my car back to go Dodge again.

Great dealership! I have bought a few cars over the past 10 years from a number of Chrysler dealerships in Calgary, this by far has been the best experience. They hooked my up right away with the exact truck I wanted to buy. With financing they set me up with a prime lender and the process was quick and all the other dealerships could only get me sub prime lenders. Usually with other dealerships I need to go stand in line at the registry when I get the new car but they did that all for me. The process was easy and great with them I highly recommend you use this dealership.

Was told that a truck came available that we had inquired on. Explained that we were out of town and were told no problem, you can put a fully refundable deposit down to hold the truck until you are back. Took the money off our card only to sell it a FEW days later with the lie that there was already a deposit on the truck when our money was taken. However, as someone who has worked at a dealership for close to 10 years I know that deposits are put into the back screen of each stock number so that when availability is checked it shows up. Shady business practice, couldn’t imagine how they are AFTER you have paid and left.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Go Dodge Red Deer. The staff provided excellent customer service and were knowledgeable about their products. After some test drives, Brad, from sales, went out of his way to accommodate our busy schedule by coming to the office on his day off to help us out. In the finance department, Kaylynn educated us on available warranty options and provided some expert advice in choosing the programs that made sense for our family. Overall, we had a seamless and enjoyable vehicle buying experience, and look forward to our next visit.

I recently was in contact with Danielle when we decided we wanted to trade our truck in. She was extremely helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. One of the worst dealership.From manager to salesman all are making fool of customer.Selling defected vehicles to customers.Brad and McKenzie are expert of selling defected vehicles to customers. They lied to me that vehicle is good and clear 100 pints of inspection.I drove 150 km from Edmonton to Red Deer for jeep.But windshield was cracked. Brakes qre not working properly. Car is full of dust and mud.Also they are selling after market parts not genuine parts. BE AWARE.They cheat by putting after market parts.I am trying to complaint against them to AMVIC

Time wasters. Asked about used Dodge Grand Caravans. Brad confirmed he has both available for test drive. Asked him if anything wrong as we are driving from Calgary. He said all good. When we came after 1 and a half hour drive he said both vehicles need some repairs and price will be $6000-$7000 more on top of price these were listed for. I don’t recommend this dealership or especially Brad.
