I was very impressed with the customer service I received over the phone. I called in to check the availability of a product, which showed they only had 2 items left. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite. She then checked on the computer and did a visual check on the floor to make sure they had the product I was looking for. They were able to put the product on hold for me, which was great as I needed to drive out to this store. When I arrived and asked about the product on hold, she knew right away that I had called and grabbed the product for me. Customer service was amazing, and with that service, I would definitely come back to that store.

Terrible quality of winter boots. Bought a pair of boots and they’re defective. I’ve only worn them once. Waste of money!

Bought a jacket for my mom and I must say store cashier Nathans personality is very welcoming he seems to like his job though everyone should be welcoming I could see he went the extra mile to make today a wonderful day and offered us great assistance 5 starts from me rock on bro.

I arrived at this location after visiting few other Mark's locations to buy safety boots.When I arrived, I went straight to the safety boot section. As I was browsing, I saw one of the staff helping a guy picking up a pair of safety boots. But, As I was looking, none of the staff came to even say hi.They didn't have many women boots options available and most of them from DAKOTA. So, I picked the one that was the most comfortable one, paid for it and got out of there.

Never buy their Denver Hayes boots. Stitches are superficial only. Glue will come off in winter.

Deon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products, had a great customer service experience, in picking out work boots and compression band to help with my ankle injury. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Had a great experience as always. Helpful staff guided me to what I wanted with zero sales pressure, and even at cash mentioned one freeze dried meal I chose was excellent so I grabbed 2. Always a great experience shopping here.

I bought safety work shoes from here. To talk about safety shoes, these are bit costly and comes with 100 days warranty. The store has good collection other variety of shoes and clothes.
