Brought my Civic into OK Tire to get a leak in my exhaust fixed and a flat tire patched. Dealt with Chris at the front desk, he was very helpful and informative. The work was done well, it happened quickly and the problems were fixed for a fair price. I would highly recommend using OK Tire Airdrie for your automotive mechanic needs!

A great locally owned and managed shop to take your auto!! The staff here are friendly, honest and knowledgeable.My family and I have been taking our vehicles to OK Tire for maintenance/repairs and tires for as long as I can remember! They have always been excellent to deal with and taken care of us very well.

Amazing customer service! I was greeted by Chris, who had showed me what was being done with my vehicle. He had very clear explanation about what they were doing, how long it might take, and the costs. I felt like i was treated like family at this establishment. I can tell they really put in the extra effort for satisfying their customers. I would 100% recommend coming here for any car maintenance or even questions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, I took my car in to get a flat tire fixed and the next day it was almost flat again so clearly they didn’t do a good job, and I took it back and they asked to come back next week, I came back the day they asked me to come back and the guy said WE ARE FULLY BOOKED, come back next week if not the week after.VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, no I have to pay some other shop to fix my tire because clearly they didn’t take responsibility for the poor job they did. Would not recommend

My go to place for getting the tires swapped in and out, quick and easy. Have a repair call them up and 99.99 percent of the time they get you taken care of. Other services well if you have a question they take the same care and time to answer it before booking you in. If you are budget minded they are clear and go through all options. Long standing team that treats everyone with respect, politeness and professionalism.
