I've always have great service with Dr Nguyen he has been my family doctor since 37yrs then he was in Laval des rapids. He was then transferred here and the service is still as great as it was in the small clinic in Laval. The secretary and staff always happy to help with a smile and when your sick we'll the help and support you receive with kindness and a smile make up for how you feel at least it really helps. I would recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Nugyen who to me is one of the greatest doctors I know I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a clinic

Appointments are supposed to be made available daily at 6pm on RVSQ. There have been zero appointments available to patients of the clinic for over two weeks, not even ONE. Absolutely unacceptable.

Super bad service, I'll personally get health services from another clinic.1- Learned from a follow-up call the day before that I had a meeting scheduled even if they never called me, the receptionist being sarcastic in a desagreable manner when I asked for the meeting details.2- Despite learning it last minute, I took time off from my job and drove 1hr to my rendez-vous only to learn on-site that the meeting was cancelled and to be rescheduled in multiple weeks. The receptionist seemed to genuinely not care about the situation.

Très déçue de l'appel que j'ai eu avec une secrétaire... Je me suis sentie infantilisé et elle minimisait mes sentiments. Je voulais uniquement un simple rendez-vous téléphonique afin de discuter avec mon médecin de mes craintes suite à des résultats.

I received a call for a family Doctor which I've been waiting on the list for years in ramq. I've been told to call back on Tuesday with no specific time to book an appointment with a Dr. I called Tuesday, the automated system tells me it's busy to try again later and hangs up. I called several times that day. I tried next day and the following and nothing. I tried again today and nothing again. Why leave me a message and give me false hope that I can reach you. This is discouraging.

Nothing to say about the receptionist nor the nurse. Both really polite and attentive.Dr who saw me starts the appointment telling me I should have taken an appointment with my family dr cause they cannot be treating everyone there... mind you it was the CHUM ER who gave me the appointment for me not to sit on the waiting room all night.Then proceeded to examine me dismissing all comments made to him and treating only my symptoms.Oh and btw, I cant go there again for my problem as he made it VERY clear they will not be doing any follow up on me.
