Salon Kokoro has given me the best haircut and hair service in years! They have an amazing price, and the barbers are very welcome and talkative. The services are amazing and it made me come back multiple times! Everyone is gentle and make sure your stay will be worth every second!

These stars are all for Sahar for her professionalism! She went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my hairstyle and my highlight! And it is absolutely gorgeous!My problem is with the salon itself, though. They should be more transparent in their prices and charges, I ended up paying a lot more than what I was told. Sahar did her best to compensate for it but still....

Was looking for a new salon here after moving from out of province and decided to try this one based on reviews. I went in for a balayage and was very disappointed with the results. My stylist did a horrendous job on the top of my head. All the colour started at the same distance away from my roots such that it looked like I already had a couple inches of roots grown in. I have had numerous balayages in the past elsewhere and have never had this issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was home due to the way my hair was styled before I left the salon. Also, the colour I was initially shown was not the same as what I got - what I was shown was more medium brown and my hair colour ended up being more of a caramel. To top that all off, pricing when booking is inaccurate. Was $40 more than quoted online. I booked a haircut for my daughter with another stylist and had the same issue with the online price not being what was charged. When I mentioned this to reception they seemed quite aware of the issue, but didn’t seem overly concerned about fixing it. One last note, when I emailed to discuss my balayage issue, it took two weeks for them to respond to my message at which point I had already decided I didn’t want to bother going back to potentially have to pay more money for it to be fixed. Gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 because I was pleased with my daughter’s haircut - Sahar did a great job!

Beautiful and clean space.All the staff were kind and professional.Susan is such a talented stylist and did a fantastic job with my hair! She really put me at ease about having my hair coloured for the first time and also took the time to explain how to care for my hew hairstyle and showed me how to style it in a way that is quick and easy for a busy young professional like myself. I've received so many compliments!I can't see myself going anywhere else to have my hair done now!If you're worried about COVID-19: Appropriate social distancing observed between work stations and all staff were wearing masks at all times. You wait in your car until they are ready for you to avoid unnecessary exposure to others.

It was a great experience working with Ghania. She did a great job with makeup & hair for my entire family for my reception event. She took the time to understand what I wanted and what worked best for everyone. Highly recommend Ghania!

I have been there twice now and have had a great experience both times. My most recent hairstylist was Sahar and she was nothing short of amazing! She was patient, informative and thorough. I also like the Salon, it is clean, professional and inviting. Will definitely be going back there!

Sahar was so amazingly informative about everything before we got started! I expressed all my concerns about my hair and what I wanted to achieve, she went above and beyond all my expectations! the results were so much better than I honestly expected! Definitely going back!
