My first time to bring my dog in this groomer. The price for total grooming was reasonable. I’m happy that I tried this grooming service.

I had an out of control belgian malinois. I could not even walk her. After one class with Carl my dog is healing and walking side by side. This place is amazing and they really like dogs.

Awful expérience. Brought my two new puppies for their first shave and that lady traumatized them. My dogs are the sweetest things and she was so rough with one of them that he bit her and had to muzzle her!! Way to go making feel a dog at ease. Than she charges me more than she told me on the phone because she says my dogs were difficult. So be careful people when you go there, price is not was she might tell you!! And on top of all that she says she doesn't wanna see my dogs there anymore. (And then she claims she has experience with dogs?...experience my ***)

We brought our puppy to get trained. Excellent work by Carl. We follow his advice and follow up on what he is teaching us by practicing at home and while we are out walking and playing with her. We are first time dog owners and we are learning a lot from Carl. Training works both ways. We are training our dog and training ourselves as well, on how to live with an animal. It takes time and patience and very rewarding when we succeed. She is obedient and we are less stressful when going out with her. Merci beaucoup a Carl. Excellent travail.

They train dogs but the level of training is low. They talk too much how professional they are but instead they are not. Noone of them I guess go to real school that specialized in dog training from what I saw except maybe owner of the place. On top of it I see them to be angry with dog I seen many dog trainers and I never see such attitude towards dogs as there no need such school for my dog but I visited there with someone who train with them her dog I did it just to fulfill my curiosity and seen poor experience in dog trainers,owner isn't bad guy and only 1 good trainer there but the rest of dog trainers" if we can call them like that have their own way of doing it and they think they are right

We brought our little puppy to Centre Professionel Canin in November and We are first time pet owners. Our little puppy would not listen to us. But thank goodness to Carl our trainer saved us and helped us out a lot. He is truly an amazing and excellent trainer. Carl and Alain are unbelievably amazing and fantastic and gave us amazing service. I highly recommend everyone to this place. Thank you so much Carl and Alain for an amazing and great service. Keep it up.They also have a great groomer service. Very happy !!!

Placed my 1 year old Pomsky in a 6 week training program with Carl. This changed my relationship with my dog and took it to another level. My dog is now obedient and I feel a lot safer having him around children. They took very well care of him and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I arrived, there was nobody to greet me at the reception. The whole place stinks of cigarette smoke. I asked to visit where the dogs are kept for boarding (I was considering using that service). The owner refused to let me visit and showed me picture on a billboard to have an idea of what the cages look like. The pictures look like they were taken in the 90's. I asked why one of the dogs in the pictures was laying on wood chips. He said that some dogs aren't clean. If the dogs are taken out regularly, are the wood chips really necessary or are they used to cover the dog droppings? I left convinced I will never leave my dog at that place.

I had training sessions with Carl. We did about 7 sessions together, every session was the exact same thing. I thought each session would be 1 hour, but instead they were half an hour.Carl recommended that I leave my dog with him for 2 hours so he can train her so that my dog can have space from me since she's so attached to me and was barely able to focus on the training. Carl knew how difficult this was for me to leave her as I am attached to her too.Carl reassured me that everything will be fine, and he will even take videos to show me. I agreed to leave her. Once I came back which was 15 mins earlier, I saw him training another dog, and going to the back to get my dog.Where was my dog during this whole time? how long was she in the back? was she in a cage? why is he training someone else's dog on my time and $$$?So he went to the back to get my dog, then comes to give her to me and says he will call me back to make an appointment. He did not even say a word about how the training went! it's been 1 month and a half, I NEVER got a call back from him to book an appointment.This is so unprofessional and to this day, I still don't understand what happened with my dog there and why she was in the back while he was training another dog and why he never called me. NOT happy at all. Waste of money, waste of time, and just shows me even more why I cannot trust anyone with my dog.

We had a problem - Doge, our golden retriever (about a year old, weight - 85 pounds) pulled strongly during a walk and did not listen to our commands.During the course, these problems were resolved.Now Doge practically does not pull, listens to basic commands, and we enjoy walking with him.Thank you Karl for your professionalism and warm attitude.
