a scam. advertised an item as one price, charged me double and when brought to the cashiers attention, she wouldn’t honour me the difference back. terrible customer service. extremely disappointed.

MINISO is a great place to pick up cheap household stuff such as: water bottles, phone chargers, sleep masks, make up wipes, storage containers and craft supplies. If you're looking for a place to find small gift items this would be a great choice too. The prices are very competitive, somewhere in between Walmart and the dollar store.

Wow, this store has quite the novel charm. Imagine Aliexpress or Wish but made into a bricks and mortar store. You can find almost every useful albeit niche household product/gadget here that you usually can't find in mainstream retail stores. From kawaii" sleeping masks to touch-activated lamps to cheap yet great sounding headphones

I tried to return a defective wireless mouse my 10 year old daughter purchased with her allowance money and was told the mouse works fine and was not allowed to return it. We were also told there’s no way to contact the manager as he doesn’t have a set schedule and the store has no phone to contact him at. The employee explained she was scolded by the manager when calling to discuss store issues and refused to call him. The receipt states returns within 7 days however that isn’t accurate!! Beware of purchasing products at this store, especially electronics!

trash. sold us defected OPENED item with only 5% of the pieces remaining and didn’t allow us to just EXCHANGE the product for an unopened one. zero sense of customer service & it was clearly their fault lol. needs to learn better customer service and how to treat people with respect :)

The store itself product wise is good as usual, some little gems here and there for a fairly reasonable price - but an employee was literally booting a box down the entire store all the way to the back. Just heavily kicking it. Can’t say I want to shop somewhere that has employees damaging merchandise, or that has employees who feel comfortable acting like that in general.

Worst customer experience from Store Manager (Gurdeep or whatever). I bought an item from here and the magnet came out as soon as I opened it at home so I went to return/exchange the item. The store manager gave worst face expressions and started investigating like a Police Officer.Don't know about the Lady on Till who doesn't know their 7 days Return or Exchange Policy that is clearly mentioned on the receipt as well as in their system.I gave 1 star just because its the least I can select.********LEARN TO DEAL YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT*********

I'm in love with this store! They provide a lots of products and they are cheap ($2 to $50). I spent almost like half an hour to look around. They products are cute (e.g. sleeping mask, stuffed dolls, travelling goods, and many more). Note that after being purchased, there is no exchange and no refund. Overall, I feel that I want to buy everything from this store. They also carry We Bare Bears products, which I really love.
