Arrogant, rude, snarly people. One day, I made the mistake of actually walking into their business location. I was spoken to as though I had just crawled up out a sewer.Some of their listed dealers no longer work with them. The comments from one of those dealers was definitely not complimentary. One other dealer must be family-related because they have the same lousy customer attitude. The fish rots from the head on down."Elmwood needs to start reading and responding to reviews. It's 2016. You can not get away with bad customer service anymore without the rest of the world knowing."

NOW HIRING the sign says. People who work there say they're short staffed. Yet I know of two people who GOT an interview, went for the site tour, then we're told I just have to check with the Dept leads to see where we need you". Then they were ghosted. By a professional. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT! Do your research, ensure the type of wood is specially written,“Faux wood” includes many levels of quality! Elmwood bathroom vanities begun delaminating from the first year in our newly constructed home. Their favorite term is “extreme water damage” usually caused by extreme natural disaster or plumbing damage, none happened in a home that is now four years old. Businesses know consumers are in a disadvantage when trying to get a repair or reimbursement for a breach in contracts, they will make up stuff to avoid taking responsibility! This is the current situation with Elmwood and is why I want to inform the public.

Over$20 000 for our kitchen cabinets and when they assured us they would be ready when we needed them, then they were two weeks late. When they finally showed up, one cabinet was completely cracked and two had significant scratches. Working with customer service to try and get those replaced was a horrible experience. They said we were being unreasonable, and we're only going to replace them to shut us up. 3 years after the fact they aren't looking that great, I will definitely be replacing them with better cabinets unfortunately sooner than we should be. Very disappointed.

We've had our Cabico kitchen for almost three years now. From a distance the kitchen is beautiful, as a whole well made but close up the paint on all the cabinets are cracking and chipping off. The rep from Cabico said the cracking is normal. For the amount of money we paid it's disappointing that this is already happening. Especially right out of the box. We just had an additional cabinet installed this week. It arrived damaged and the paint was already cracked and chipped in a spot. They replaced a drawer front, after an earlier complaint and in less than a week the paint has already cracked. It looks sloppy and over time it's only going to look worse. We're so disappointed.

Do not buy from them!! Sloppy work, saw it first hand!! The chipped paints, chipped wood, are all reported to the management staff and said it's okay.. The spray booth is filled with staff that don't know how to do there job. The paint runs, the understaffed so in order to meet customer satisfaction they rush!! There staff are mentally drained, over worked!! Save yourself a headache do not buy anything from them!!

These cabinets are very poor quality and the Company will not deal with the public even if your qualified" dealer no longer works with them. We spent over $30K on custom cabinets that after 9 months are literally falling off the hinges. Cabinets were not made to spec and Elmwood refused to fix them. I had to hire a cabinet specialist to custom make handles because the Elmwood construction did not allow space to open the doors. That is just the beginning I would stay away from this Company. I live near there and they vent the spray paint out without using the proper filters. Not good for people around there or the environment. Wasn't like that when it was Elmwood kitchens.....Edit I notice now response from the company about this only for other complaints about the cabinets. This is a huge issue and environmental concern. People living near there are at a higher risk of cancer.

I went for an interview at this place. I was 20 minutes early the hiring manager was 15 minutes late. They asked me like 2 questions in a non standard interview then had me tour the factory floor. When I came back from the tour I saw the hiring manager in the hall and she had this angry dirty look on her face. I wasnt interested in the job as i had interest from 5 other employers for similar positions, I thought I would try it for experience. They had their workers in unbearable heat during the summer. Not impressed.
