Sonya has been amazing! I've gone to physio, chiro, RMT, you name it for most of my life, and using an Osteopath is the best thing I've ever done.I found out about Osteopathy from a buddy of mine who did it and really glad he recommended me.Sonya is professional, patient, and took the time to really know my issues and what I needed.I've had lower back pain, imbalances in my body, and chronic pain since I was 16. I only needed a few treatments before noticing a big difference in how I felt.I'd 100% recommend Sonya for anyone who is in pain and needs a professional to help solve their problems :)

Sonya is the Best ! Believe me I was suffering from Backache for years and crossed my path with her two years ago and that’s the best decision I have ever made when it comes to my physical health . She is so knowledgeable and gentle at the same time .

I first went to see Sonya when my other practitioner went on maternity leave. I was sceptical in having someone new as I was really happy. I will say I was very pleasantly surprised with Sonya and her practice. Sonya made so much headway with the issues I was experiencing and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend 100%

Amazing practitioner. Very knowledgeable of the anatomy. I’ve been to many other Osteopaths. I felt best result when started my treatment with Ms. Zakharia.I do highly recommend her treatment.

Sonya is a very intuitive and knowledgeable practitioner. I always leave feeling so revitalized with her gentle but firm approach. I am feeling so much healthier and aligned since I started treatment with her one year ago. I highly recommend her!
