I worked at this place for three months as a reach truck driver. Never came late. Never missed a day. Has some very good people working there. Also some not so good. I was fired from LDI after three months with no prior warning.

Poor management, lack of safety at the warehouse, no training provided. With 2 words - huge disappointment. They hire people and laid them off after a week. The worst experience in my life.

They say Our policy... Is to sit inside there compound... Caged in... And just wait... Till your loaded... Yard docks are way to small for 53 trl... Weird place... My policy is to service my clients... Not to be treated like warehouse materials.
