Stoker’s Chimney Service is 5 PLUS stars for performance, professionalism, and caring personal touch! Mr Harris and Austin tackled a job others would not even bid. They thoroughly explained the challenges, possible outcomes (positive and negative) and pricing, then kept us updated on progress and kept to their word. Thanks to their expertise, creativity, and commitment, our project (repairing the liner of an 80+ year old, 3 story, stone chimney and installing a wood stove) was a success.In addition to a functional chimney and stove, Mr Harris and Austin were pleasant to work with and attentive to countless details, i.e. minimizing dust, cleaning up daily, and even painting the stainless steel screws on the stovepipe for an enhanced finished look!We greatly appreciate the remarkable job and professional performance of the entire company with phone calls returned, commitments kept and respectful interactions always. Dave and Austin installed our new Hearthstone wood stove, they took pictures of their work and were very informative of the work they were doing at the time. Both are very knowledgeable of their profession and really nice guys. It’s been one year since the install so we had them back for chimney and stove cleaning they again showed us how the stove was performing and did us nice clean job, and are always on time. I highly recommend Stokers Chimney Services.

I recently bought a home with a fireplace & needed it inspected/cleaned before I could feel comfortable using it. Stoker's was available just a week after I called, when other companies I had called weren't able to come for 6 weeks.David & Austin were very polite, friendly, neat and thorough in their entire process. They took the time to explain all the areas they inspected and how to best use the fireplace.While they were on the roof, they took some photos of the chimney & other vents, and showed me areas that needed attention. Gave me some good advice and suggestions for follow up with other contractors. I really appreciated learning about these things that were completely new to me as a homeowner.Very fairly priced, great service - I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I could not say enough good things about Stoker's Chimney Service. We initially had them come out for an inspection, but then had them do quite a bit of work on getting our fireplaces and chimney in working order. They were patient with our questions and lack of knowledge. They were very conscientious about keeping our house clean while they were working, which I greatly appreciated. They took lots of pictures while they were working so that they could explain everything. They were very polite, thorough, and did an excellent job. Their price was very fair for all the work they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
