I very much enjoyed my 2 orders and I definitely recommend this location. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when Since i'm in a wheelchair and there is no automatic door I politely asked one of the staff to hold the door for me On the way out. Staff member does not have to do that. But she did anyways. And I very much appreciate it.

Extremely disappointed with the overall service today. Whoever you had working today , Jan 28, not only put my order in someone else’s bag but did not help me when I asked where my order was , just rolled her eyes at her coworker. The person who got my order who was also a customer assisted me instead I will never be returning: teach your staff some manners

Im seriously gonna need the shredded cheese back, these cheddar 1/4 slices are ridiculous, what am I paying for at this point only service ? It doesn't even melt or anything; Is it craft? Because it tastes processed and like garbage...

Horrible service. Sure changed from 7 months ago.Staff were snobby. They don't put sauce on anymore & pitas were horrible. Both my husband and I got sick.Honestly, it use to be delicious but quality of food and customer service are both really bad. We won't ever go back!! Management needs to train their staff on courtesy &.manners !Might also teach your staff when someone orders vegetarian food NOT to put it on the grill with meat!

So, the boys and I went to Pita Pit to grab some Pitas, only to find that they had eliminated shredded cheddar cheese and replaced it with some Subway like triangle slices. We were astounded thinking that this must be some joke, but the bro behind the counter confirmed that the change was made by head office and that shredded cheddar would no longer be available.Well, let me tell ya, we won't be back to Pita Pit any time soon, they done messed up on this decision.#BRINGBACKTHESHREDDEDCHEDDAR

We stopped on the way home from a hike today for lunch. The staff was so friendly, efficient and it was so good and fresh! They even put his and hers on our pitas. 10/10 Thanks guys!

Wow wow wow!! This place has blown me away! I have a gluten allergy and once I ordered a gluten free pita their first words were is it a preference or an allergy" when I told them it was an allergy they immediately separated my pita from the rest of my order. When asking for my toppings they first asked if I wanted everything taken from the bottom of the containers so it limited the risk of cross contamination or if I was okay with it coming off the top. When I told them the top was okay they proceeded to take my toppings and placed everything in a plastic container and informed everyone working that there is a gluten allergy and not to touch the container without clean gloves. They also asked if my pita was okay to go in the steamer and if I was okay with it on the press. I was blown away with their attention to detail and how serious they took my order. Thank you so very much to the 3 individuals working on June 4

Just stopped in on our way up north and was welcomed by Tanner,Riley and Des. These guys are great workers and made the experience a good one. The pita chips are great, freshly made everyday..definitely will come back

Updated review. I normally dont leave reviews but i take my pita pit seriously. I went to try pita pit again, I called ahead and asked if they had real shredded cheddar and they said they did. It is not. Your staff should know what they're selling. It taste like nothing and the texture is disgusting. Lol i paid extra for fake shredded cheese. What a joke.The new crew working is not great at customer service. I miss the old crew. Two ladies were upset at another coworker. Openly talking about it in front of me. About something that really wasnt a big deal. My experience of pita pit is ruined, I will not be coming back anymore. I liked the food because it was mostly fresh and unprocessed. The service was good. Now its just the same as anywhere else. Highly dont recommend, better places out there.Real shredded cheese makes my experience of eating a pita so much better. So much so that I can't eat it without real shredded chedder! Processed cheese makes me feel sick, when I bought a pita last time I thought they got shredded cheese back but it tasted like nothing! Caused me stomach problems which is unusual for pita pit. I went back a week later and asked about it, it was processed shredded cheese.Needless to say, i didn't get pita pit. We pay so much for pita pit but i always found it worth it. Bring the good cheese back please!!!
