I’ve been in the market for a canoe for about 2 months. Every other auction site will state “small leak” or “ needs work” or “ scratches and scuffs but no holes”.....not Rapid Sell. They can provide 7 or 8 photos of the best parts of the canoe, but can’t flip the 34 lb thing over to see the 8” gash in the hull. They claim “ well, we had a preview” and “we didn’t test it to see if it floats”.Ray Charles himself could have told you that it wouldn’t float.They have scheduled pick up times to ensure proper social distancing, but the “ preview” they mentioned is just a free for all.Just be honest and upfront FFS. It’s bad enough you screwed me over by not divulging the gash, but to take a 10% buyers premium on top of that is just sinful.

I have never before used an online auction house. My recent experience with Rapid-Sell in Guelph leads me to enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who dares to wish for a less complicated life. I let go of many heirlooms because they won't fit in my new house, and I also released some historical musical instruments and some of my original, paper-based artwork because it would be vulnerable in the new location. Rapid Sell was so supportive in cataloguing and preparing the sale, so responsive when I needed to make corrections to the listings, so very incredibly helpful on-site when dealing with the public at the preview and the pickups. The bookkeeping is thorough, meticulous and accurate. Altogether, it was cheaper than therapy because they helped me process the many material changes in my life and to feel safe, happy and more organized. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again.

We just had the best experience with Rapid Sell...David Moore and Associates. As an older couple we found ourselves overwhelmed by the amount of items we needed to get rid of in order to move. From start to finish we were led gently through the process with everything explained clearly right up front. We had the absolute nicest people working with us from batching the lots to distributing to buyers and had no worries or concerns throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Rapid Sell again and encourage anyone needing to move some items out of their home to call David Moore and Associates.
