Worst customer service ever. I bought a set of shampoo and conditions on March 18, 2023Product didn't work for me, so I went back for refund without the receipt. I understand that I may not be able to get refund without the receipt. One of the staff told me she will pass on the information to her store manager and she will contact me within a week time. I waited until today April 5, 2023 ( No one call me at all, what kind of customer service is it?) so disappointed with this store management. Will never buy from them again

I came in over the weekend during the sale and Janna was very helpful! She helped me pick the right eye cream and told me the differences between each one! Great Customer Service!

I want Omar at Southgate Kiehl’s to be recognized for his excellent customer service! Omar explained the points program, sales and container program to me. Omar is very knowledgeable about the Kiehl’s hair products I was wanting information about. He was very patient, polite, professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone to go to Kiehl’s. He is an asset to Kiehl’s!!!

I came in for a consultation two weeks ago and Janna helped me find a routine to help with with my acne. Since using the products she suggest my acne has gotten significantly better! Thank you Janna for your help!

I received excellent customer service from Omar and Jenna very knowledgeable, experienced, honest and genuine employees of KIEHL'S located in Southgate mall, Edmonton. I tried their products and pleased with them. The company started in 1851 and still offering their knowledge and products to people in Canada with pride and joy. The staff not only provide advice but prescribe a regiment well suited to the individual's personal skincare needs. I wish Omar and Jenna the best, continued success as time goes. I highly recommend this store to anybody who firmly believes in natural ingredients in skincare products and evolving technologies utilized by Kiehl's.

Worst customer service! The online service is ridiculous, I have ordered sunscreen after the virtual skin consultation. And the order is still not shipped it has been more than a week!Customer service rep I spoke with told me that he will cancel the order and process my refund, but nothing has taken place.

Every time I go to Kiehl's at Southgate, I am blown away by how great the customer service is! The staff are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and skin care. I especially want to give a shout-out to Evelyn, who was very kind, patient, and helpful when she was assisting me, taking the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and give me product recommendations. These consistently positive experiences alongside the excellent products keep me coming back to Kiehl's! Highly recommend!
