Nice room with heating, AC and a cool fireplace. Only improvement would be breakfast included and dinner available in the evening. Service gave good instructions on what would be open at this time but I found something closer. Nice neck back pillows.

Great price for staying, comfortable bed, clean rooms, we also had our 6 months daughter stayed with us and they gave us free portable playpen for the baby in the room with no extra charge. Cute electric fireplace ambience in the room We'll be back!

We only had a quick overnight stay but the Rooms were big, the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable and it was nice to have a little fire place in the room. They did tell us the underground parking door was broken but our friends who also stayed there used it minutes before. Overall good experience

Staff was incredible. Had to get things printed to apply for an emergency passport. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful. Loved the sightseeing suggestions Mateja provided. Lovely lady!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were excellent as well. Our maintenance concern with the bathroom sink was solved quickly as well.Only problem was the room temperature, it wasn’t controllable and it was very cold at night, 67 at it’s coldest which was a little chilly to wake up to. Otherwise we would stay again.

Situated in a very location. It has spacious rooms. The staff are courteous. Affordable breakfast. Spacious parking lot. The park lot was dusty

We stayed at the hotel the beginning of June 2023Hotel was comfortable, clean and a nice walking distance from the main townWe were saddened to discover after a drive from Banff that no bar or food available, we were tired and hungry ,and the next day when I asked for milk,I was told we have run out and their was a store down the road.It was a two night visit whilst waiting for the rocky mountaineer ,I would not have stayed longer

It's huge building all is so good. Rooms are so good small kitchenette is god enough for coffee and self made breakfast. What I felt that it's little bit in side from the front views. It's wonderful stay we enjoyed a lot.
