Lorenzo helped me for well over an hour and a half. He was told there was no way to make my watch work and he found a way. We would have canceled our services if it wasn’t for his terrific customer service and perseverance! Thank you Telus Cambridge.

Absolute worst experience.1. A rep came to my house offered me home security.I told him, I needed to speak it over with my spouse, he said he'd come back the next day.2. 830pm the same day, there was a installer at my house, my son let them in.. and he started right away. I came down and asked him to stop ; he did.3. Next day I called and spoke to Angel to cancel services, she said this was complete.4. Next day I spoke to Lathy in retention, who I had the pleasure of having a screaming match with.. telling me I had to pay $150 for someone to come out and remove the product or sit on the product with no charge.I was beyond frustrated.5. The rep called me and told me he'd deal with this personally and that he was sorry.6. Come today, I got a email stating I owe $1.97.However, .. was able to speak with someone to assist with taking this charge off > but nevertheless I had to call in and speak with someone once again.7. Its been nothing but headaches with this company, save yourself the hassle and don't do business with them.

I’ve never upgraded my phone on my own before, I’ve always had someone with me. I went into Telus yesterday with admin privileges on my family members account with an assortment of questions. Daniel helped me get my new device set up, and I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, as well as the patience and clear answers. I walked away with a brand new device that I love with warranty, a case, a screen protector, and peace of mind. Thank you so much for the friendly service, and the assistance getting my new device set up for the next 2 year contract!

We went to visit this Telus Kiosk inside Cambridge Center to get our numbers transported to Koodo from another service provider and the representative, Daniel, who helped us did an amazing job. Nice customer service, explained and answered all our questions properly. Keep up the good work.
