Worst store never go there.I arrived on a Saturday at 12.55 pm when the store is supposed to close at 1 pm.Door was closed and a sales rep named Jessica refused to open the door for me and tried even to push me out of the storeThis is worst experience I ever had in any store.simply three word AVOID THIS STORE

I received the refund today. With no surprise I still paid the shipping fee of the item. It's really exhausting. I ordered an item which needs to be back ordered and one month later, you told me the item cannot be shipped, the order has to be cancelled. In the meantime, you recommended another in stock replacement part and it can be shipped right away. When I made the new order, I was told that the item is also a backordered item. I asked for a return because I was worried about waiting for one more month but the order will be cancelled again. You agreed to cancel the order but I still received the item in a few days. Then I had to call you again to get the return label.Now I finally got the refund but still paid the shipping cost. Although it is not a huge amount of money but still makes me uncomfortable, I'm amazed that a simple online order has become so complicated at every stage, the decisions we negotiated in the email cannot be implemented, and your mistake cost me the shipping fee. It's hard to imagine such a thing happening in a business as big as yours, I have to say, Reliable Parts is NOT RELIABLE at all.I think in the future I would rather spend more money and choose to buy in other stores.

Could be better if customer services clerks are a little bit helpful to find parts. They have the entire parts and diagrams, but are lazy to help customers who are in the store to buy.

It’s a nice place. And you can even check the stock online before you go, so when you get there you’ll know exactly what to buy and what you need.The place is super clean, but this is a place for people that knows what they wanna repair. I had to argue with the clerk that I wanted the moisture sensor for my clothe dryer because of a malfunction. To him, there was no need to have these pieces replaced. However, since I went there to change the heating element of the dryer it made more sense to me to change these as well.A few hours later, my Samsung Dryer is functioning like new. The heating element has been replaced by me along with the moisture sensor and I can attest that I did the best thing by buying original parts.I’ll remove one start because of the clerk. His attitude almost made me go to the Laval store. Next time, I’ll try the Laval location.

The women on the phone there are id*ots. I ordered a part from them for my washing machine and they said it would take up to 10 days and I waited 4 weeks. (Still not arrived now. )I then called the head office in BC and ordered over the phone and it took only 4 days shipped to Mtl ! The laval location also gets parts faster and are more efficient.

Relible parts? Okay.I ordered a part for my washing machine 15 days ago (in stock, apparently!)And when I called 1 week later to know if I could come pick it up, the guy said it had been ordered and should come in within the next 2 weeks.2 days ago I checked my credit card payment and noticed the retracted the payment. So they canceled my order without even advising the customer first? Worst customer service ever!

The part I ordered was working but the shipping took 6 business days instead of the guaranteed 3 days or less. I contacted them through their customer service and got no answer. Then, I contacted them through Facebook and they said they would refund me. However, they asked for my credit card number AND expiry date AND my 3-number code at the back of my card. You should never give those out.

They have a good selection of parts and their prices seem competitive. Customer service is terrible, the workers at the Couture location are impatient, quite rude and don’t seem to want to help at all. I’ll go elsewhere next time.
