I have had an amazing experience with The Pampered House since I started with them back in May of 2018. I was nervous about the idea of strangers in my home as I’d never used a house cleaning service before but it’s the best decision I could have made. I’ve booked with the owner Deb about once a month for the last 2 years and it’s been nothing but great. I don’t have a set schedule as sometimes I like to leave more or less time between visits, but Deb always responds right away and is able to book me in that same week. The amount the ladies manage to do in 3 to 4 hours astounds me, always way more than I could in that same time frame, money very well spent. Incredible value and I would recommend them to anyone, as I have in real life. I’d like to note too that I’ve had different cleaners over the last two years (Kim, Becky, Megan, Ashley) and they’ve all been wonderful. Very thorough and there’s even been times they’ve managed to do extra little things like fold some laundry unintentionally left out or dishes left in the sink. Kim and Becky even came in last minute when we reached out to Deb the weekend our dog passed, and they left a very sweet little gift and card for us in our time of grief. I can’t say enough good things about The Pampered House. If you are looking for house keepers or even a one time cleaning, this is the company to choose!

Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. We scheduled our time and day and got a text the day before asking to move the time an hour earlier. That didn’t work so we moved our time an hour later for her. We were able to accommodate that. Then the day of our cleaning, my husband and I were scrounging around the house to get ready to leave with our 2 month old baby as we had breakfast plans for the time the cleaner would be here. 5 minutes past, I texted Deb to see where the cleaner was and she said she’s running late and is only at the first house, and they would be here in about an hour. Our time was not respected at all. We didn’t even get a message letting us know about the delay, the only reason I knew she would be late was because I messaged 5 minutes past and was only then told she would be an hour late. We should have been notified right away when she knew she’d be late but decided to make us wait until we reached out. Will not use this service and do NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give zero starts I would! My recommendation is for anyone considering this service,keep looking for a reputable company. The cleaners she would send to our home were rarely on time and I could not count on getting a consistent clean. One time my stove top was still dirty (and I mean dirty) and a counter top not cleaned. Deb, the owner offered a discount on the cleaning so I let it go.The last straw was when her cleaner brought a mop and bucket to wash the hardwood floors. When she finished upstairs my husband saw the floors were VERY wet. He pointed to the overly wet floors and the hardwood had already started to curl at the corners.I told the owner, Deb, what had happened and her response was to say the cleaner, said this was not true. No word of apology.So much for customer service. I sent a picture of where the water had come through the floor to make a stain on the ceiling below the spill. I said she should come to my home. She never replied to me at all after that. I could not believe that a business owner would act in such a dismissive manner. I suspect she does not have insurance as I asked her and she did not reply.It has been a week and still not a word. I want to let her know that fortunately the hardwood floors have dried. It is still noticeable but much better. I just want to wash our hands of this terrible service. No thanks to the management and staff of The Pampered House!Update - April 27th - Finally a response!Too bad it was 10 days after the incident. Three days in a row after the incident I asked her to come and view the floors herself. After the third time she simply did not respond any more at all until I posted a review. No mention about being busy, just nothing. When your request is ignored and questions unanswered (such as my question about insurance) you can only assume a negative response. Her response continually states discrepancies" which amount to her cleaners denying any wrong doing (which is natural on their part) and the owner implying we are somehow to blame or lying.After each cleaning the owner asks how the cleaning was. I would usually say the cleaning was good and send payment. When I complained about the kitchen not being cleaned she put the blame on my husband saying he asked her staff not to clean the kitchen. He did give some instruction but did NOT ask them to skip cleaning the counter tops and stove. Would that make sense? They didn't stay and clean for the usual 3 hours so there was plenty of time to properly clean. When I made the complaint I was being nice and did not want to get the girls in trouble so I tempered my complaint. I didn't ask for a discount because I did not want them to be docked pay. I simply wanted to make sure this did not happen again. If the owner checks her records she will see that I DID NOT receive a discount for that service. Actually I received a discount later because I had a cleaning booked for 9 am and after noon I still had no cleaner. Instead of getting a message from the owner I had to reach out myself to ask what happened. Of course there were excuses. I said I wanted to discontinue the service and she offered a discount on my next cleaning to keep the business. There is just no excuse for not communicating and letting your customer know about a change of plans. Just further examples of poor service. I will move on and look for a reputable business that values their customers

I don’t normally post negative reviews, however I was shocked by my experience. I called to book an appointment and received a confirmation text to confirm the appointment. I even received a reminder text yesterday for my 10am appointment today. At about 10:20am today, I thought it was odd that I hadn’t heard from the cleaner that was supposed to be coming. I thought perhaps they were late, so I called. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail. I sent a text to that number and did not get a response. Later, I sent them a message on Facebook, still no response. It is now 6:15 pm and I still have not been contacted to explain what happened. I am quite confused, however as a result I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you are considering a cleaner as they are unreliable.

Booked a 5.25 cleaning on a Friday and the cleaner was sent on Thursday when I was not home. That was my first experience. Rescheduled for the correct day but cleaner never showed up. Second experience. I had to call the company and spoke to the owner who said she was not able to reach the cleaner and surmised the cleaner perhaps could not pay her phone bill. That was when it became apparent this may not be the most professional service. If your employee cannot pay her phone bill and she’s using it for work, perhaps the company should be addressing that. But certainly not something to share with a new client. Needless to say, I’m looking at other options as this would have become a monthly clean if I was satisfied with the cleaning and this company failed the reliability and professionalism test.

The pampered house took pictures of inside my house without my permission. They didn't finish cleaning then blamed it on my children being home (they weren't home while she cleaned the main floor). They missed an entire bathroom, missed spots on the floor, didn't wipe my appliances, didn't wipe my counters, didn't spot wipe the walls or baseboards... yet charged me for a deep clean"... when I asked them why they charged me for a deep clean but didn't provide a deep clean they informed me it was because they didn't have enough time. They are not accurate with their appointment. The quality of the cleaning varies significantly based on the staff member. One of the staff, her name is Megan, spent most of the cleaning time texting on her phone, and when I tried to explain my expectations to her she gave the worst attitude!The manager is also not professional and lacks the basic customer services skills; she never apologized for her continuous delays and inconvenience caused by her employee. Instead, she asked me not to give any instructions or comments!It was a terrible experience and I strongly not recommend their services.I attached screenshots of our conversation in the Facebook which indicate, according to you, that I am a regular customer and no body complines about me except Megan. Instead of being professional and fix the problem with your employee, you told you costumer after all the delay that Megan stressed and doesn't want to clean your house!!And then implicitly accusing me of being following your girls who never complained except for one unprofessional employee who doesn't know how to do her work !!!!!

Debbie and her team are fantastic! Their rates and quality of work are very good compared to other cleaners I've had. I would highly reccomend them!
