As a beginner to smoking cigars I had the pleasure of getting a 30-40 minute walk through and explanations on everything from cheap and expensive cigars to ash trays and types of cutters and lighters. I made it known that I have no experience in cigars and Ari happily explained everything to me in great detail while treating me with the upmost respect. I probably asked over 20 questions and at no point was there annoyance or frustration on Ari’s behalf. Very professional with a touch of humour, will be shopping there in the future!

This location is my favorite I always come here and suggest it to my friends as well and it's because of Ari has always been a great character from day one and a good sales man who's pretty knowledgeable!

I guess people just say whatever they want without proper knowledge. I buy Cuban cigars from Havana Castle all the time. Always the best of the best. Bolivar limited edition is not Madoru. Man, people are really bad.

I've been to several cigar shops, but today was my first time at Havana Castle Cigars and it's amazing! Such a large variety of cigars and accessories. If you are looking for a Christmas gift for someone who smokes cigars that is definitely a place to go to. And staff there is extremely helpful and friendly (not to mention pretty)

By far the best experience I’ve had at a cigar shop. Ari was very charismatic, a great salesman, and made it very easy for a new cigar smoker to found out what would best suit my tastes. Highly recommend anyone looking for stogies check out this place first.

Bought a Cigar there for over 100$ and it was a fake. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. This is not a Bolivar Limitado 2018. First off the leaf should be a Maduro (so darker) second the box the sold it out of was not the original box.... third, the Bolivar band around the cigar. The color is off... buyers beware!

Great selection and variety. The whole shop is very modern, clean, and the humidor is really nice. Staff are also very helpful and let you take your time to browse the store.
