Always excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. (Update 2021-05) Had to buy new pool pump today, guy helping was awesome, didn't try to over sell, made helpful recommendations. Noticed i was missing a part when i got home. Returned to store, they were very quick to resolve the problem. They've also set up tents and have out iced water bottles because of the sun and heat. Can't say enough about the excellent service.

Got my first pool from Maitre Piscine and the experience was excellent. I had shopped around other pool suppliers in Gatineau and was basically ignored. The staff at Maitre Piscine are so helpful and attentive. Because this is my first pool, I had numerous questions and Patrick was very patient and answered all my questions. The service was great. I am so glad I chose Maitre Piscine on Pink Road. Thanks to Patrick, the four Martins and the rest of Patrick's team for a trouble free buying experience. God bless you all.

I was asking the man about exterior pool stairs (sunday july 24) and he was extremely rude. I was surprised at his behavior and he made me feel like I was stupid for posing a question. Very disappointed by the horrible customer service.

The kid helping us was super knowledgeable and if he didn't know, he'd go get the info for us. We were there for 5 minutes, yet the store was full.It's right beside my hairdresser Atmosp'Hair and the Shell Gas station that usually has the best prices in town.Food truck at the corner is also always full so muct be good and close to one my favourite restaurant Dinty's!So when you go get pool/spa supplies gather the family for a night out !

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Took the time to explain in detail the answers to our questions and made us feel very welcome. We are new to salt water pools and needed all kinds of answers. Overall...a great experience. Very lucky to have found this place. Will definitely be our go to place and highly recommended.

Very nice people, I really enjoyed the experience and knowledge of Patrick. Good follow up on warranty, no arguments on small part problem, they change it immediately without trouble. This new store deserves 6 star in my opinion. Have dealt with pool store for 30 years, this is the best I have found yet.

My husband and I recently started looking into getting an above ground pool and received horrible service from Maitre Piscinier du Plateau.Two weeks ago, I went to the store, waited in line to gather information on pools, the cost, if they even have some in stock as I suspected I was not the only one with this in mind. During the triage, I was told that consultations are not done on weekends. The clerk took my information down and assured me I would receive a call on Monday (It was Saturday when I went). I was pleased, thanked them and went on my way.A week had passed with no calls from them. My husband and I tried to reach them by phone several times, tried sending emails as well to no avail. We finally got a call back at the end of the week to set an appointment for a week from then. We were pretty happy to finally moving forward with the process!My husband showed up to his appointment on a Friday, waited in line again, got triaged by a clerk and was told to go wait inside at the help desk, that he would be met with the employee in charge of his appointment.He waited 50 minutes at the help centre without anyone acknowledging his presence what so ever. Other walk in clients got served, regardless of if they showed up before or after him. We understand that under the confinement circumstances, appointments can be delayed. But at the very least, someone should have come to say hi, we will be with you as soon as we can.Clearly a big fail in customer service here. We were hoping to give our business to a local business but with this kind of service, we will absolutely not be going back.If I could give them a zero star rating I would.
