Unfortunately, the Owner's response to my wife's review (see review by Kona Williams) speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and customer responsiveness now provided by the company. The following is the email text sent to the Owner (for which we have yet to receive a response). To the best of my knowledge, the owner has not met Kona and I am fairly certain she is not a demon" - no spinning heads

Agreement may have been lost in translation. But we did not get what we thought we were getting, in regards to appliance cleaning. They charged our card right away as well based on an over the phone quote. Do not do business with Tiffany Hawes. She will take your money/services without providing a service/paying her bills. She is closing the business, so it's best to stay away.

Merry Maids Sudbury has been great until it was taken over by new management. Since then, cleaners were regularly late or didn't show up. We recognize that the current situation can lead to sick calls or schedule changes - that's not a problem, as long as someone lets us know, we can accommodate. Communication is terrible. There is no ability to speak with someone; there is only the option for text messaging. Most of the time, there is no response. A simple text stating someone will be late or not coming that day is sufficient, but that hasn't happened despite repeated requests.There is no concern for the safety of the employees, who have shown up unannounced without warning - we have guard dogs on duty if we aren't home, and this situation is dangerous for someone entering the home unexpectedly.The cleaners are always wonderful, do a great job and we are grateful for them when they do show up. Management needs to improve communication, and we have canceled this service due to multiple concerns that have been completely ignored.

The experience has been good the 8 / 9 months we have using their service. Some of the staff are very detailed and takes pain to exit the premises spik and span.

I was expecting one deep clean and for it to be stress free.This experience has been incredibly stressful and a waste of time. It took over 4 months to scedual a cleaning. It should not take months to start a deep clean and then never finish it.Unprofessional. No communication. Always late, that is if they bother showing up.I rather have just deep cleaned my house myself rather than dealing with this foolishness.I do not reccomend this company.

Loved the light smell of cinnamon~! I enjoyed that it was done while I was at work and I came home to a clean home. The girls left a lovely note that made me smile.

Owner Tiffany Hawes took a $300 deposit from me, did not come to clean. She will not return my deposit. She says over and over that she will return it but has not sent it (been over a month). No one is helping me.

I was very happy with the services from Merry Maids. My initial consultation provided a good breakdown of services and prices as well as different options that would suit my needs. My cleaning was done by 2 very friendly and professional girls also. Services were exactly as described and I was left with a fresh and wonderfully clean home! Thanks again for a job well done!
