Fruit Trees and More

We bought 12 bare-root fruit trees from Bob and his wife last Spring and I am happy to report that all 12 trees are thriving. They were outstanding plant stock and we got such great service and advice about how to both plant and take care of these trees. Highly recommend this place if you want healthy trees.

Wow great place. I bought a fig tree andbehold I have the best figs ever just like Bob said. A real professional no faketrees that don't produce like other placesthat sell them. They sure know theirbusiness there. I'm so happy finally I havethe greatest figs. Thank you Bob Duncan

0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time. The entire process is bad, you have to set up an appointment then you have to go through some archaic process where you pay first and fill out some forms with Mrs. Duncan. Then you get trees, after you wait in line again for another 20-30 minutes. There is no doubt that Mr. Duncan knows his stuff and there are good trees here, however, the customer service is 0 stars.

I ordered a few plants due to covid they couldn't get them all but that's the way it goes sometimes. I just ordered some others and put the deposit towards it. Most things are ordered in certain months so not everything is instantly available. You put a deposit down wait till they get it. They tell the month it should arrive. I just email them around that time to confirm they have it. Then book an appointment with them to pick it up. They check how much of a deposit you did then give you and give you a invoice for the remaining balance. You then pay. They don't accept all methods of payment but I've found etransfer works well. I just do it through my phone. So make sure you bring the right amount or have a payment method they accept. They did offer to refund or apply the deposit towards something else when they found out they couldn't get one of the things I ordered. They respond quickly to emails and are friendly. They have a process for covid to pick things up and they explain it.

Place is amazing! bought a lemon tree and fig few years ago cant wait to return for more citrus once the pendemic is over.Bob and Verna were a pleasure to deal with answered all my questions regarding planting,Plant maintenance and tips for care for winter seasson.

Friendly, amazing humans with a wealth of knowledge. I'm so happy to have met this couple. Gorgeous fruit bearing shrubs and trees. They helped me with my fig tree questions.

Bob and Verna have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pushing the zonal limits of Mediterranean fruit trees here in the PNW. I look forward to attending a seminar when covid is over and done with. Quality products with fair pricing. Currently growing desert king fig, lila avocado, washington naval orange, and kiwis purchased from this nursery. Bob also saved a lime tree I brought in a couple seasons ago.

My two trees have arrived and are very healthy looking. It was great dealing with Verna, the entire transaction was awesome. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. I know bob but dealt with Verna on email. The manner I was dealt with was mean and unacceptable. I previously recommended them but now won't recommend based on my experience.
