THE WORK: This is the first time we have EVER had another person do our outside windows but we decided, at our age, it was time. He had done a few jobs for neighbours – I requested a reference from them before hiring him. He charged us a reasonable flat fee per window (who knew we have 56 of them!!!!!). He does a very good clean up when he is finished his work. He does use your water. He doesn’t use a ladder for the second level windows so whereas, for us with brick sills, the window sill cleaning is good, that may be different with a different kind of windowsill.Our windows have NEVER been this clean and clear.THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNER: Andrew Pauls is very professional in his customer dealings.He is a Niagara area native and knows the area well. He very promptly responded to my request for a quote and explained the quote clearly and thoroughly. The day of the job (coming in the afternoon), he found he would be slightly delayed at his morning location. He communicated that early in the day! How many of you have had a contractor arrive late on site, who didn't bother to let you know they were going to be late, or that they weren't coming at all that day?
