I had a staff named Ria to do a blood drawing for me today. She is nice and friendly. The whole process Just took 2 minutes only. And she kept smiling all the time. Nice experience!

I come here often because it’s the closest and solely out of convenience sake. But that’s about itYou can rarely pre book an appointment here because the site doesn’t let you book for the near future; only weeks in advance. I always end up waiting a minimum of an hour to an hour and a half anytime of the day.I recently did a glucose test for gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. They drew the first round of blood, gave me the glucose drink and told me to wait for 1 hour for the next blood work and 2 hours for the one after. They also wouldn’t let me go home even though I waited nearby. Well I was the only one sitting there for that long but they still managed to forget me and didn’t end up drawing blood at the one hour mark but rather at 1 hour and 45 mins after I brought it up. At that point the techs didn’t know what to do and they were confused as what to do next. What they should have done is told me to come back the next day to redo the test. Instead what they did was say “you’re probably going to fail this test because of the delayed result but we’ll just go ahead with it anyways and wait to see what your OB says”. Well I did fail and while I told my OB about what happened, my OB thought the best course of action would be not to delay it and just go forward with the next stepsFor gestational diabetes. While I may have had it anyways, it’s hard to say because it wasn’t done accurately.

DO NOT use this LifeLabs!! Go anywhere else and be seen in a timely manner..I'll drive farther to get way better service and reasonable wait times..

The map doesn’t show that they’re closed every second Thursday of each month. Please pay attention so you don’t waste your time like I did

Because I’m forced to put a rating, I’m giving 1 star. But If I could, I would put 0 stars instead. My first time here was the worst time and will be the last time ever! I booked an appointment for 10:15 a.m for blood work and arrived on time. The receptionist asked me if I had an appointment and I said “yes for 10:15am” and she took my health card and made me register. I was told to wait. While I was waiting, it was past 20 mins now and 3 people went before me who arrived after me…it was 10:40 am and still my name wasn't being called up…and then I noticed they were misplacing the files and thats when I realized something was off and that they might’ve misplaced my file! So I went to the receptionist and told them “my appointment was at 10:15 am and i’ve been waiting for so long…how much longer will it take?” and the receptionist asked me if I mentioned if I had an appointment …and I said “YES.” Then she told me to wait again until one of the rooms were available. After 5 mins, she told me to go wait in the assigned room and finally somebody came to do the blood work for me, and she said “hi dear, what time was your appointment?” I said “10:15 am” and asked if I was late……they made me wait for 25 mins and would’ve made me wait longer if I hadn't spoken with them…I booked my appointment for a reason.They didn’t take responsibility for their actions and put all the blame on me. UNACCEPTABLE!

Went in at 2pm to get blood work done and they said they were closed. Hours literally say open till 5pm but they just close whenever they want I guess. Do not go here. They will not help you.

Don't see why rating is low? Great place to go! I was in an out, like usual. Technicians are friendly, efficient and painless!

I come here because it is close to my home and I appreciate being to check my results online well before my doctor is able to discuss them with me. However, parking is hard to come by , and the wait times are inaccurate. I was about 30 mins, but my wait was doubled. Was hard to manage with a baby. I prefer to nurses at the markham stouffville location. More caring and considerate about phobias one may have around needles !

Made an appointment for today about month ago. Received a call from then today around 1:30pm to inform me that they will be closing early and my 4:00pm appointment will be cancelled. The reason for closing according to the lady on the phone was that nobody wants to work until 5 and they decided to close at 3 and go home early. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I had to get blood work done and this place was the closest at the time so I went in. Every person I interacted with was very rude, and I spoke with friends and family who said they had a similar experience here. 2 stars because they did the work but if you're looking for decent customer service than go to any other place.
