I had scheduled a pump out but unfortunately there was a power outage and when Steve arrived he couldn’t get down our road because the hydro trucks were blocking access. We were in a jam as he had other calls scheduled for the rest of the day and that’s when Judy in the office referred us to another company. She told us to give them a call and if they weren’t able to do it then she would do her best to get us done the next day. Thankfully the other company came through later that evening (shout out to Muskoka Sanitation) but I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism that was given to us. So nice to see that customer service is still number one on some companies priority list even if they don’t get the business. Thank you Judy for all your help!
