Leduc Hitch

Over the last 2 years I have used Leduc Hitch for accessories on my 2001 Ford Expedition several times. Custom orders came in on time and for the quoted price. The work was completed not only to my satisfaction (which is why I will keep going back) but I was able to wait for it in a pleasant atmosphere where I was not pressured into any up-sales. I highly recommend the business not only for its professionalism, but also for how they treat women that come in on their own, you don't have to be afraid of being bullied into any purchases or being overcharged.

Let's start with the positive.....super friendly people.Now for the one star....the return policy states you can return items if unused and in original packaging. Not only was I compliant in both of those but the product hadn't even left the store. So I'm out $1000.... as they would not return.

I called Rob at noon and was able to get a slip tank installed that afternoon. I drove from Calgary to Leduc and it was well worth the trip. Rob and Levi treated me like a king. Would highly recommend Leduc Hitch for all your truck needs.

Great little company with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a number of things done to my Ram 3500 which included:- Turbo-back exhaust system- Cold air intake- Bully Dog fuel controller- Shocks- Levelling kit- Aftermarket tires and wheels- Mud flaps/install- 5th wheelClean and quick install. My vehicle was treated as it was their own the entire time. Communication was top notch and the after service was great!Would use them for all of my toy mods anytime. Check them out!

We bought 2 Elby E-bikes from Leduc Hitch and we couldn't be happier with the service and help we got from Rob and his staff. They assured fast delivery of our fully assembled bikes so that we were ready to ride. The young man from Kindersly Transport was a delight and made sure the delivery was satisfactory.

Super helpful and friendly staff/owners, I got a patriot 18k slide hitch for my fifth wheel at Leduc hitch. It was in stock and ready to pickup right away, they even loaded it into my box with the forklift. Came back a few weeks later to get an adjustable hitch for towing my other trailer, they helped me pick out a hitch and gave me some great advise on removing an old rusted on reducer.Overall a great local shop.The only down side is that they do charge more for some of the hitches they carry. The fifth wheel hitch I got was priced at about market value (basically the same as everywhere else I looked) but the same adjustable hitch that I purchased here was available from several different retailers for about 20-30% less than I paid (same shank, ball size and height).I like supporting local shops, but you could save a lot of money depending on what you get, so just check prices before you decide to buy.

I was having trouble with my hitch wiring on a Saturday. The tech went out of his way to get me on the road again along with some excellent advice and tips. Great service and great attitude equals happy customers. Thanks Leduc Hitch.

Great service, straight up guys that run the place. Their not just trying to sell you something to make money. They want to make sure the customer get the right product for their vehicle. Well done guys thanks for the help.

Doesn’t matter if you live North or South of Leduc because this is the place with the best service I’ve ever experienced!I’ve had my truck and car worked on by these guys and every time I’ve left with a smile.Even in this last job they were able to help my Golden and I in a last minute repair.I’d say more but I don’t need too.
