Doug gave me outstanding support on a project that he wasn't even involved in. He provided me with rapid and valuable advice to help me work on a davit project for my boat, even though it is likely another fabricator will do the work, due to the distance. His help, knowledge, and honesty are outstanding. I wish my boat was closer to him so I could have him do the work!

Earlier this year, we hired Klacko Marine to build an arch for our Jeanneau SO 42DS. Doug crafted an amazing product that was delivered as promised and on time. Doug exceeded my expectations. He has a great eye for design and he is great to work with. He has fair prices and, given the quality of his work, a good value. We have logged over 1,500 miles with the arch, including an offshore passage. Everything performed well. I highly recommend Doug and Klacko Marine.

Reached out to Doug at Klacko to talk about an arch for my Hanse 505. He was patient beyond belief, and gave me lots of great info. After we determined that fabrication in Canada and then shipping to Mexico was too expensive, he kept helping me come up with a design to get fabricated locally. He really didn't have to do that. If I'm ever back in the area, I'm going to Klacko first, and I'll be recommending them to friends.

I had Doug build an arch for my Beneteau 310. Being a slightly smaller boat for a full arch, design is critical to maintain the lines and general appearance of the yacht. Doug worked with me and listened to my own ideas, while encouraging me to include options that only an expert in the stainless metal working trade would understand. The final product was delivered on time and the cost met up exactly with the quote.

The sentence was 11yrs of hard labour. From a bare hull and deck to s/v Angel Eyes. One of my goals was to NOT be the boat at the dock everyone knew was built in someone's back yard. If Klacko Marine was good enough to fabricate the stainless for a number of reputable yacht builders then I am sure they would be good enough for me. After a decade of doing business with Doug someone might" convince me there is another fabricator as good but no one would EVER convince me there is anyone better!From pulpit to our option loaded radar arch and everything in between including many custom interior pieces. I would design a piece or Doug would and either way it was always completed to the highest standard. Many pieces on Angel Eyes are load bearing.
