Every time I come here the food is always wrong I’ll ask for no sause and they will put it on after confirming it multiple times. I get it’s fast food but the bill says everything.

Drank out of my coffee and a chunk of who knows what flowed into my mouth. And the drive through guy is miserable and literally yelled at us one time. Stopped going to this location because of the guy and the gross experience I had with my coffee

The girl working the drive through today was very pleasant and my coffee tasted better than ever. I come to this Tims often and the roast beef sandwiches are delicious. But hey it's roast beef from Alberta I assume, obviously going to taste awesome.

We came for dinning at 7.45 and all table were empty. Some were clean and we sat there. I don’t know why they ask us to sit on other table which were just cleaned and super wet. We asked to dry those and they did not done it properly. We then sat in wet sofas!!!

It gets busy here 11 am to 3 pm. I love this place, but for some strange reason they do not give out napkins when you have coffee or food and when you go up to get a napkin they are not visible. You have to ask for napkins or you won't get. I spilled a bit of soup one day while in there an it was an ordeal because I had to ask for napkins. This is a regular thing at this location only. The coffee is always hot and tastes good. The workers are good people, friendly and work hard. The napkins are an issue, but that's not something that changes the overall experience. Keep up the awesome work. Bathrooms are clean. They have some soft booths, if you need that.
