Worst customer service ever…. I spoke with three people over there to check the stock of an item and third person put me on hold just like the two others and finally hung up on me… I mean like it’s shoppers drug mart after all huh….

Great service and well organized!

I rushed to this shoppers at 6pm on a Sunday night (March 20) and frantically told the very nice and patient pharmacist all of the symptoms my baby was experiencing and without hesitation he came out and found the proper medication for his symptoms and reinforced to me that if this didn’t help to bring the baby to the ER. He was so patient and explained everything very clearly and even double checked the dosage for my baby’s age and weight even though he was right the first time! The products he gave me have made my baby’s symptoms more manageable and have calmed my nerves substantially. Great customer service, I will go out of my way to go to this shoppers drug mart now

The Beauty Manager, Andrea Taylor is so knowledgeable about all the beauty and cosmetic lines. She is extraordinarily helpful, a delight to deal with and she goes out of her way to recommend the best products for your needs.

The pharmacy is great but I’ve run into issues calling this location specifically. I’m not sure what’s going on with their phones but it would be great if they fixed them so customers could actually get through to speak with a pharmacist! Every time I call there’s silence, no greeting from shoppers like there is for every other location and after a few seconds the call ends.

Poorly managed store. It has a lot of stuff (not all, btw), which I can find at any other shoppers. I have been shopping there for a while, but lately I have had very poor shopping experiences. Not only that the price checker is not working, not any help in finding a price, limited access to sales staff; but also that I noticed a very weird security guard going around and being intimidating (not following social distance, btw). I have filed a complaint but never heard about it or received any response (see my first sentence). I had a great shopping experience in the past and a lot of help with a cosmetician (forgot her name), but have not seen her around. Probably switch to another store. That is my 1 star; otherwise, it would be zero. I have stopped shopping at this store.

Interesting store. Little staff. Foreign employees; cheap labour of course (what about Canadian applicants:; especially older people?!) Much lack of service due to head office dictates. You would get better with an independent dollar store. So sad.. Really at the bottom. Sad. I don't like what I see; but this is Canada. Reality check. I will NOT shop here!!!

I started collecting squishmallows a few months ago and today I walked over an hour to your location. When I got close to the store a man began following me in his car, parked next to me outside, and stood beside me while I was outside. I tried to stall by fiddling with my mask but he stood there waiting for me. i walked in and he was slightly ahead of me so I turned a corner while he wasn’t looking and found a lady who worked there. He found me and was staring at me from across the aisle so I approached the lady and explained that I was looking for the squishmallows, that I had walked there, and then whispered asking for help because the man was following me. She looked around and saw him staring at me and asked if he needed help with something and he said no so she took me to the back with her. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she helped me so much and I was so scared. (she also helped me find the squish i was looking for)Thank you to whoever helped me today and thank you shoppers for having such great customer service and employees.

They have a great service (pharmacy and CS) and prices. Have gone several times and no problems. Great location. Shoppers, reconsider security! It is really uncomfortable being watched as I pay and being watched as I exit the store (last night after 6pm). Not sure if security was bored, but I was followed as soon as I entered.
