They helped me set-up my Galaxy A54 which I ordered as an upgrade through my Virgin app. I was able to get my information transferred from my old phone. Service was okay but a little rushed as it was almost closing time.

I received unbelievable service today from Robby at Champlain Mall with a very complicated problem. He literally jumped up and rushed over to the counter I was standing at, cutting a conversation short with a colleague, to make sure I was dealt with. He had never seen the problem before but was very patient and diligent in troubleshooting it. His manager was also very helpful, even though he wasn't in the store at the time. Robby obviously loves his job and is a great example of someone who truly cares about the problem a customer has. Thank you Robby!

Stopped in to the Virgin Store in Champlain Place. Had a new line added to my account. Robbie was great and very efficient. I couldn't believe how quick and easy he did it. Showed me everything I needed to know and its working great.

This is the second time going there for a phone first time for my boyfriend(brand new phone and contract) a couple months ago and today for myself(upgrade for myself). Both times got the wonderful gentleman Ryan (specifically asked for him for myself after he did such an amazing job helping my boyfriend) and I couldn't be more happy! He was super great to chat with while getting everything set up and went over the options with me explained everything and made it so I got the best upgrade I could have set up with the best accessories for me and my new phone. Took lots of time explaining everything so I don't lose out on anything and made sure the phone was good to go before leaving! Couldn't have asked for anything more! (Robbie was always super great and fun to chat with when Ryan had to run to another store to grab the items I wanted!)

Was suggested this place from a friend after being fed up with my original provider. I think the gentleman’s name was Damon and he was A-1. Walked me through options and explained everything well since I’m not very tech savvy. Been happy with my service and love my phone !

I have been with this company for over 10 years. I have dealt with this kiosk in the Champlain mall for every upgrade. They are always helpful and kind and provide great customer service. Would never change to another company.

Went into Virgin in the mall with a problem I was having after trying to switch to a different company. Manager Damon and Ryan helped me so much after hours spent trying to save my number when no one thought it could happen. Both of them worked late and through their lunches to help me! I was going to switch for a different phone plan but after the amazing customer service I ended up back with Virgin in the end. Definitely will be back to see them, great help!
