Jp's work ethic will always make his work absolute perfection. He's done my awning twice now in 3 years. If he's not happy with the cleaning he won't stop until he is. The man is a machine. He takes huge pride in his work. The finished product speaks for itself. Yes you might think it's expensive just to clean an awning. Trust me it's worth every penny. My awning looks brand new. Then he sprayed it with water proofing as it had started leaking during heavy rains. His work is impeccable. I can't say enough about his work. If you need your awnings cleaned get JP to do it. From talking to Donna at the office to JP stopping in and the work being done, it was a fantastic experience. We had many leaks and JP attended to our situation with professionalism, a great deal of knowledge and a great personality. The work was done so well, clean and tidied after. Our 2 awnings were filthy after a few years of neglect due to covid. The green algae had built up and the black material showed the dirt. JP and his guys were able to return it to its original state! When we explained that our scalloped edging had become worn, JP told us he offers replacement pieces as he works with the local awning companies. Now we don't have to search this out and arrange for another company to visit! We will definitely use JP in the future and we highly recommend him!

JP provided exceptional service. He responded promptly and squeezed us in so we could list our house. While he fit us in, het did not cut corners. In fact, he stayed an extra hour to clean the gutter that was in contact with the awning to protect his work. The awning looks like it did when it was first installed! During his cleaning, he took extra care to not damage the roof or siding. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend, JP!
