I love that Gary incorporates both core moves/learnings with a great workout. He caters to the most advanced practitioners as well as any new kids on the block (me). If you're looking to learn from someone who is passionate about what they do, definitely talk to Gary at Pro Spar.

My two sons have been going to Pro-Spar for 4 years. They are now 14 and 17 years old. They have benefited physically and also learned to be confident and respectful. Sensei Gary is very knowledgeable and he's great with kids. He keeps the place very, very clean.. so don't forget to take your boots off when you go in! I highly recommend it.
