As usual, I had my snow tires installed in November. However, and to my dismay, the tires installed were so bad that I was stuck in snow and was told by the kind men who helped pull my vehicle out that my tires were so worn down that they needed changing. Notwithstanding, I had bought these tires brand new from this business around two seasons ago. Now we’re in February and I have to buy a new set of tires and have them installed. I’m more than angry and disappointed. Nonetheless, I trust that Almighty God will reward each of us according to our deeds.This matter was confirmed by the vehicle service shop where my car is getting a new set of winter tires and some relevant mechanical work done, meaning I’m paying for the same service twice in a period of three months.

Glenn was such a lifesaver when I recently got into a crash and needed a temporary place to for my damaged car. All the guys are so respectful and supportive! Thank you direct source team ❤️

I must say these guys at the garage are absolutely amazing. Great service great guys great work great price I highly recommend them to everybody. They’re not like the usual shop. That will tell you. First time coming here and I was pleased with the service, a little pricey but I had to get what I needed done. I saw in the shop they were awarded by the Spec for their break service. So I gave them a shot and got my breaks done. I was pleased and satisfied with how quick and efficient their service was. They finished before estimated time.Now the reason I gave 3/5 stars was because on my rear bumper two flaps were hanging loose. Two screws could’ve held the flaps in place but instead they decided to tuck one underneath and rip off the left side. It’s not a big issue but I’m a little disappointed because I came to get my breaks done not get my car wrecked.
