Ordered through skip the dishes, i got 2 large gravy and large corn. The corn was only 3/4 full and we're quite disappointed

Past 3 times ive gone here. We order 18 peice feast. We get 2 boxes of fries. The fries never come full they are always half way full only. Other kfc location the fries came full in the box. Not sure if its just this location or all kfc restaurants dont fill up the box full of fries. Paying for full box of large fries or family size call it what you want. You should get what you pay for at the least.

What's not to like about KFC? Great food and great staff! I had to wait around 20min for my order last time, which wasn't a big deal as there were others waiting as well to chat with. It's good to slow down once and while. The staff were upfront about the wait time, which made me more comfortable to wait. People care!

Tried to order online, had to call in so couldn't get the online price.Large order was placed the day before.Order was not ready and used the excuse that they didn't know what would be ordered that day. That's why it was pre-ordered.Offered a poor chicken substitute, mostly dark meat.Asked for eta, told 15 minutes, waited for 30 minutes.Added an extra 5 pieces of chicken, not eaten, it was too much.Not a happy customer. This was the last birthday party for my life partner that we will have together, recently found out I have terminal cancer.

The worst kfc in Lethbridge I showed up at 930pm and was told no chicken except tenders was made and was told if I wanted chicken to come earlier… sorry my schedule doesn’t revolve around you… will never go back EVER

They will offer you the cheapest pieces of chicken. I’ve asked for white meat they will not deliver.

Didn’t look or taste like or have the texture of kfc chicken. I still ate it later ( after I cooked the chicken fully ) but I at that moment I drive straight to the south side kfc and got the same thing except for it was actual kfc chicken . The one from this place looked like what you’d get at 7-11 and had the same texture as 7-11 chicken.

That was almost a year ago. Figured I would give them another chance. Ordered 18 piece bucket among $100 of total items. 6 legs in an 18 bucket. One third. Not impressed. I have not had hair in my food for years. One of the legs came with hair. KFC you have truly fallen.Other than that the chicken tasted fine.Very disappointed. Ordered an 18 piece bucket. Got spicy chicken and dry as heck. Didn’t order spice. Ruined the meal.

KFC as a whole has fallen so far. The prices shot up and the meal quality tanked. Most meals sit under a warmer and come out just that; warm. The breading on the chicken is soft and chewy and the gravy is thin and lifeless. The staff is always pleasant at least!It's the unfortunate reality of a lot of fast food joints nowadays.

They block the drive thru around the corner so you can't see it is closed until after you've entered and then you have to back up the whole way out.When we went inside they were not busy at all and the prices were more than they used to be. Food was fast but service left a lot to be desired.Would not recommend
