The savings, faster shipping, and better insurance offered by Chit Chats is making a big difference to my small business. I was very happy when the North Van location opened up since I live on Bowen - it's much more convenient than Vancouver. Great Chit Chats location. Easily accessible and convenient since it is close to lower Lonsdale. Service is quick with reasonable rates. Sharmi is very helpful.

First time using Chit Chats. The delivery rate is supper reasonable. The custom services is really nice as she provides lots of support for first time user like me. Thank you so much for helping me with refund and creating the correct postage. Will visit here again if i'm going to drop off another package.

I have been using Chit Chats for a few years now and I am really happy that we have a North Vancouver branch ! I own a small online business and drop packages at the North Vancouver location daily . Extremely happy with the service and really grateful for Sharmi that is always there with a smile and helping me with the packages ! She is very helpful and professional. I'd like to share that I'm thrilled to have an option other than Canada Post for my online retail business. I've used both the Vancouver location and, more recently, the North Vancouver location makes it much more convenient to drop off my packages. I always get friendly, courteous service from the staff, and they're always willing to help me navigate the world of shipping my products around the world, sort out my issues and help with whatever questions I have. Thank you for making fulfillment an easier, cheaper and friendlier process :)
