Brought my overcoat to get dry cleaned, and a small pocket lining to be repaired. Returned to find out the cost was 45 dollars (overpriced), and the lining wasn't fixed as I asked initially.Apart from that, decent prices for pants.

They are normally kind and diligent. But I'd asked for a linen heirloom tablecloth to be cleaned and ironed, and when I came to use it for a special guest's birthday, I saw that the tablecloth was wrinkled absolutely everywhere--*everywhere*--and the fabric seemed thinner and limp. They didn't use starch and treated this antique, unique hand-embroidered piece as if it were some cheap polyester tablecloth. The stain was still there, too. I had to spray the tablecloth and redo the ironing myself. I won't be making the mistake of entrusting them with something precious again. Otherwise, they do a decent job.
